I called multiple times, as did the pharmacy. She is off her medication cold turkey because her doctor can't be bothered to return a phone call. Meanwhile she was also seeing a therapist from family guidance, and the therapist went completely MIA all summer. She finally got to see her again in the fall, but then when our insurance changed they said that therapist doesn't take it, but they have others that do, and she would be paired with one for the following week. NEVER HAPPENED. My kid hasn't seen a therapist for 2 months and ran out of meds over a week ago. And when I call, the system just keeps hanging up on me before I can even hear all the menu options. BEWARE!

I want to start by saying that the level of care by the physicians is top notch. They listen, they…read morecare, they take into consideration who you are as a person. Now that that is out of the way...as personable, friendly, and easy to communicate with as the physicians are, the front end and telephone support staff are unhelpful, unimaginative, uncaring, and very much like to only stay in their box and stick to their script. The silence after asking if a doctor has seen something important that shouldn't be left to just an email into the ether is deafening. The way they don't even try to offer any solutions to issue, or any type of resolution is are bare minimum as it can get.
