I had bloodshot red eyes with irritation in my right eye for 48 hours straight. I had to put eye drops in every 15 mins. Also, my right bottom eyelid was swollen from the irritation to the point of touching it was painful. Maybe it was the glue or the eye pad being laid directly on my eyeball but I wouldn't recommend lashes at this place. Also the lash thickness is not true to size, I asked for a hybrid set and came out looking like I had on volume set.

They offer chocolate wax as opposed to hard wax and have one suite. I asked if they double dip and I was told if I call ahead they can change the wax for me. (It is a small wax pot). She did not double dip the sticks when applying was to my underarms she also had what it looks like roll on wax applicators which isn't the most hygienic. Wax was not painful as I anticipated since chocolate is still a strip wax (use of cloth and softer wax) and all hair was removed quickly and efficiently. Skin was not lifted. Will inspect underarm when I get home. Went back day after and did brows. Came out really really well! Will be back!

I waited 45 mins for the technician to finish another client despite being early to my appointment. No apology nothing. The next time I went for the same technician I was told I would have to wait at least 45 mins because they had a late start. I was able to reschedule or a later time. When I came back she was still behind and gave me tons of attitude. I decided to leave which was unfortunate because I was truly trying to be understanding about her scheduling conflict. I was told o should call the manager the next day I thought the technician was so unprofessional. I had decided to just find a new place but when I went on their page on Instagram they have posts about how important being on time to your appointment is. I just thought someone should do a review to let you know you will wait no matter here apparently. I would like to update this review since I have gone back to this establishment. The tech I had the horrible experience with is no longer there I believed her name is jewel. I would say that I have found a tech whose work I am extremely satisfied with there. I do recommend setting your appointments for 11, this will ensure you don't have to wait. I recommend Sarah her work is very good and she's has a pleasant demeanor.

There were two women working and people were coming by regularly, but I got four services done so I knew I would wait. I waited about ten minutes before I was led into the back area for the Brazilian wax. The space was larger than I expected and clean, I was able to place my bag on a chair and undress privately to get prepared. They laid down paper over where I needed to lay and powdered me prior to starting. She checked for what I wanted before starting and let me know that they never double dip. I haven't had a wax in about six months and she had me cleaned up completely in 15 minutes. I also did eyebrow threading, tinting, and eyelash extensions. All went very smoothly and she was concerned about my comfort and if I liked it. I absolutely love how everything came out! Definitely will be back in six weeks. And will update with a photo.

Since then I've gone between her shop and another person I've been going. The shop is clean and most of the workers are fairly knowledgeable about their craft. They tend t9 be good with aligning what you want with their personal expertise. Prices are average with threading being their specialty at $7. Samran knows how to slay those arches and get you back to think full brows that require no penciling in. She even suggested I use a tiny brush at night with castor oil to make them strong and full. Works like a charm.
