I called Hair Unlimited Salon and Spa, hoping that I could get that help and SOON! My FABULOUS experience started with the phone conversation with Frank. He went beyond the routine to work me into the schedule for Gel- manicure, unlimited Pedicure AND a hair rescue, all the same day! Brandy, the nail professional, was exactly that. Professional, compassionate and non-judgmentAl. I had damaged my left big toenail trying to do my own pedicure. She not only made them look lovely, she did it painlessly. I love the Gel-manicure She did for me. I have already rebooked my next 2 mani/pedis. Gail saved me from having to shave my head and start over! No exaggeration. My hair was so dry and damaged, it was impossible to work with. She listened to my explanation of the problem and concerns I had with my hair. Gail discussed options to repair the damage done to the cut and condition of my hair. I felt like I was truly listened to and understood. Gail did a MARVELOUS job with the wash; conditioning; cut and styling of my hair! Her advise on home care products was greatly appreciated. It was really a "Hair Rescue". I can't thank Gail enough for her time and skill. I have already booked my next hair appointment. I am hoping this is the start of a long professional relationship,

I made my appointment about three weeks ahead, and after arriving 15 minutes early, I waited and waited and waited to be called to the chair. Instead, after about 45 minutes, I was told that they were sorry, but my stylist's current client was taking much longer than anticipated and I'd have to reschedule. After reading many of Lox's reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. I've been getting my hair cut regularly for decades and have never, ever had a stylist tell me "sorry, you'll have to come back" because of THEIR inability to manage a schedule.
