New nose, new problems. My post is not showing up on google reviews so i am just copying and pasting here. I will start off with the good, because it is shorter. Friendly staff, even when i was upset, they can remain professional. The slope of the nose is nice. Its smaller then it was before at the tip. Now I was hoping i did not have to write this, and keep my original review but its been a year, I'm not satisfied, and he said he will not do a revision. Here in these photos i include the first photo of my nose, and the one beside it was what he said he was going to do, in that same photo is my nose a few weeks ago when i was bringing up something isn't right. It has been a year of recovery, and trusting the process. Next two photos I have included are from today so i can show why I am upset that he said he would not do a revision. I was expecting a cute button nose, and it is not that. Its straight on the one side, and bulging on the other, the under part is also on a diagonal slant, (looking like the point of my nose is also slanting) but the part that bothers me most is the tip is not a cute button nose, like was promised. And i get things not being exactly symmetrical but the two sides look completely different. I payed 11,000 and its not like i went to some sketchy place payed half price and was like well, you get what you get. I went to Visage, "Canadas lead facial plastic surgeon" and payed the going rate for rhinoplasty. I have reason to be upset. Anyway now i guess i have to look else where to get my nose fixed because Dr. Esmail thinks it looks fine. Remember he will only do complimentary revisions if "he" sees fit, dont think of that as a selling point of going there because he is not going to do it. read more

I saw Bailey at the Visage clinic on Provencher for a facial and waxing services. She was super unprofessional and did not know what she was doing at all, I will never be back because of her. I've had these services done above and beyond many times, and for the 1st time with her ...I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. When I shared any thought or feeling towards what was getting done, I was completely disregarded and ended up leaving with half an eyebrow gone and my face bleeding feeling worst then ever. I've had great experiences at this clinic but because of not only she didn't do her services properly ..her attitude and professionalism as well made the experience even worst. read more

NOT SATISFIED. NOT RECOMMENDED. Losing you hair imposed on your confidence. When a new approach like scalp micro-pigmentation effect is introduced to help you with you confidence it's always good the the person doing this procedure is on the same page. Unfortunately this was NOT the case here. $600 plus tax dollars later my scalp still looks untouched. A blatant money grab. I already had a base that was on my head. The seasons keep building and so does the money without any satisfaction. They'll tell you it's a process tell you we'll really get to it next session. Bogus attempt to keep you spending money. False hope sessions. This what I got after the first treatment there at Visage. They have made no attempt to reach out to satisfy this dissatisfied customer which on leads you to believe that they know that until they suck 2-3 grand out of you, you will believe in the hype and false hope. After finally being fed up with this way of business practice, I found reputable companies that evaluated my situation with pictures and opinions and deemed my complain is valid. The girl that did this is nice. Of course! She wants you to keep spending money. It's economics and not customer satisfaction. You put your trust and beliefs in someone that is essentially marking up your head for the world to see, so you'd think a little more empathy would play a part. Just like I mentioned previously, I had unsatisfactory work done previous to this. The base was done so this session should have really been the finishing touch. Obviously not. They simple don't care. A doctor owns this clinic. Obviously just in it for the money and doesn't care about his indirect patience. As long as his Land Rover payments are paid. Very sad. Save your money. Avoid at all costs... Because it will cost... cost you dearly.l money and self-esteem. read more
