I paid over $21,000 for a facelift after being pressured to book it to get "the one last spot that someone else was interested in". I had the surgery and my surgeon, Dr Esmail took off 2 days later on vacation without letting me know he was leaving and I would have to fend for myself. I had complications and was dismissed by the office manager who decided if I could see someone or not. I had to recruit another dr for guidance. Once my face started to heal it was obvious that I chose the wrong surgeon. He is NOT a plastic surgeon. My concerns were met with them saying I needed filler and Botox. I had just spent over $21,000 and they charged me more for the fillers. I was told that I needed laser and that the machine was down and when it was repaired they would let me know. That was over a year later. They told me it takes about a year to see the full results. My calls to the clinic went unanswered for months. I had a hard time getting my records from them and had to threaten legal action. I took my records to an actual plastic surgeon who claimed the clinical notes were incomplete. I was left with a lump of skin under my chin that looks like a growth. Dr Esmail insisted it was a gland. I had imaging done on it and it is skin he didn't remove. Calls to the clinic continued to be ignored. The clinic manager tried to gaslight me by suggesting I must be unhappy overall and that's why I am not satisfied with the results. So far from the truth and how dare she. People who knew I was going for the procedure asked when I was going for the surgery long after it was completed. I am so terribly disappointed in the poor Job that was done and the unprofessional treatment I received. Do your research.
