Sign on the door saying building management had seized the business at that it was now closed. Phone line is disconnected. Not even an answering machine to explain or apologize. I wish i had seen the reviews that were posted at the end of Sept 2012 detailing the same thing in other cities. I would passed on Biothera. The really sad part is the treatments appeared to be working. the girls working there, Michelle and Chelsea were very nice. I sure hope they didn't have any prior knowledge of this as well, and really shatter my faith in people. The manager Tiffany LINH was very nice too, but.........when I confronted here with the other posts i found online about other Biothera Clinics closing suddenly she indicated it was because of the owner going through a divorce, and it was part of the settlement. She absolutely assured me that if the owner wanted to sell it or close the office she would have bought it because it was doing so well. That was 6 weeks ago. I can't express how disappointed I am that dozens of people are now out thousands of dollars with no explanation and almost no chance of being reimbursed. I don't understand how people can do that to others. But as the saying goes, what comes around, goes around and eventually it will catch up to them. I sure hope they sleep well at night!!!!

I now have full mobility in my shoulders after my doctor told me I would never be able to use my arm the same again. The location is nice, the customer service was outstanding, and the massage itself was very helpful. The therapist I saw made sure that everything was comfortable, gave her recommendations with explanations as to why she was making the recommendations and they made sure to get me out on time for the appointment I had afterwards. The only complaint I have is that you can hear the exercise classes of the gym next door which does take away from the relaxing nature of the experience. However, it is intermittent and you can often avoid it by not going in the early morning or late evening.
