They charge clients who cancel last minute, but should a lash tech cancel, the person's SOL. I've been doing my part in scheduling regular visits for the upkeep of the lashes. If you can't fulfill these appointments, I shouldn't be expected to pay more for a fill or for a new set because more time has gone by and more lashes have been lost. Being a good business owner/lash tech means knowing how to be savvy, not picking and choosing when you do and don't want to work. Be mindful of your client's time. Without them, you wouldn't have a job.

I arrived on time because I am a respectful and punctual individual but then the receptionist said the stylist was behind and even asked me if its ok. to be honest, right then and there I should have left. so after 30minutes or so the stylist came. i told her what i wanted to do with my hair. i thought we both understand but at the end of my appt she changed my appt to a balayage that i did not ask for. my bill was almost 300+ because the receptionist said the stylist was a level 4, blahblahblah it will always cost more but if youre going to change the service, if youre going to add something, if everything u use is an add'l cost to my already very expensive appt, you should communicate it with the client first hand. to top it all, they lost my jacket. the receptionist who took my jacket when i came in, who hang it to the coat rack have absolutely no idea where my jacket is. good thing there was nothing in my pocket and i do not take the bus. i called my husband who was waiting in the car outside and let him know that i needed a coat. i still have so much to say but im getting tired of typing.
