Did a nice job on my weave. I'll give her that and that's where it stops. I've had my hair professionally weaved from L.A. To Phoenix to Ohio and now here in Florida and have NEVER encountered a dumpier location and a worse attitude than here. She "upcharges" you for everything, like if your hair is "too" long. What?? I've never heard of such a thing in my life. Her Hair "gallery", which is a joke, consists of 4 wigs and a mouthy daughter who interrupts in adult conversations, as if she's grown, with nary a peep from her mother. Her "gallery" was such a disaster, I thought it was abandoned at first. I love good gospel music, just as much as anyone, I'm even a gospel singer and songwriter myself, but really, does it have to be so loud you can't hear yourself think? She talks about the comfort of her clients without offering a drink of water. While watching her daughter scrubbing up wigs and sloppily brushing them out while hanging half of them on the floor. Hmmm. While the bill gets higher and higher with her "upcharges". The worse though, is that you can't even contact her for after-care, such as a wash, or tighten. It's disgraceful that she tells a paying client when you've got them on the telephone that they'll have to hang up and navigate through this maze of a website (which seldom works or shows the needed options, mind you) to make an appt for her precious time when you're right there on the phone talking to her! Has she not heard of an appt book or even google CALENDAR!!? I've left several messages for her, via phone and website and not ONE response. I'm a willing customer, ready to part with cash and this is the irresponsible behavior I get?!! I've seen her facebook page and she offers advice, etc., which I can get on Youtube BTW and I'm sure she'll respond by saying every word I say is not true, but I have nothing to gain from criticizing her horrible work ethic. Just a friendly warning if you value your time and money and don't want to waste it on "up charge" this and "up charge" that, then save it and go elsewhere where true professionals will really give you the service you deserve. Do what you like, but as for me, I would not send my maltese to her for grooming. I'm sure there would be an up charge. read more

I had just purchased a wig and I was looking for someone to customize it when I found Falon. After looking at her page I knew she would be the right person for the job. Falon customized my wig and when she placed it, it was so natural people couldnt tell it wasnt my hair which of course what you want. She was very easy to talk to and styled my hair beautifully. My ten year old had also been having some issues with her hair not growing and I was able to have Falon look at her hair and give some great ideas about what to do with her hair. We just left her salon getting my daughters hair done and it is night and day from what she looked like when we got there to how great her hair looked after the appointment. read more

Falon is a skilled stylist. Professional to a "T". You will not find a better place to have a custom weave or wig made to your exact specifications; I know - I looked for several weeks before I found the Dream Weave Hair Gallery. I went to Falon for a full consultation; as someone who has never had a weave or wig done, I had lots of questions. She had several samples of units that she had made which were all beautiful. She very patiently answered each and every question and concern, and walked me through the process to choose and purchase the hair. I chose a style, ordered the hair, dropped it off, and picked up the unit 2 days ago. Because she is the ultimate professional, this was not a "pick up and go" appointment. Falon scheduled the time to show me the unit, instruct me as to how to put it on so that it looked natural, explained how to store it, and again answered all of the questions that I had. Most importantly, she gave me EXACTLY what I asked for. She cut it on me to make sure that I was happy with every single aspect of the wig. I have found a gem in Falon, and as someone who has had hair loss and scalp damage due to medical issues, I feel great when I look in the mirror again. I used to take great pride in my hair, which before the illness was long and healthy. Falon is the real deal when it comes to hair, she is honest, fair, and treated me like she would want to be treated. My extensions are so beautiful and natural looking, I was so scared but Falon put my nerves at ease and went into great detail about how to care for my hair. Falon is not the real deal but a real rip off! Please, if you decide to get any type of closure or anything where she purchases the hair, think again! If she purchases the hair for you, find out where she purchases the hair. She'll say it's from China but it's from your local beauty supply where you can purchase the hair yourself. If you do decide to let her purchase the hair, ask her for tracking information because it supposedly comes from China and get it sent to your address not hers. It's the most expensive hair out of China I have ever seen! With the expense of this hair out of China you would think she flies out of the country to get it. Also, she will nickel and dime you for everything from the time you do the deposit up until you are in her chair. Everything is marked up and everything she does cost money! If she places a part in your hair, that's a charge. Again, do your homework before selecting her as your stylist and ask questions for the bottom-line of what your hair will cost because she will take every penny you work hard for and not give you another thought. Outstanding weave with closure. It looks completely natural. The added bonus is that the stylist did not over booked. You book, pay a none refundable deposit and she keeps the slot for you. Coming from a hair dresser in London, I am not easily pleased and after nearly 2 years living in Bradenton, I have found a very good hair dresser. You certainly get what you pay for here and if you are willing to pay that little bit extra, you get a natural looking weave to be proud of. Falon I was not pleased with at all. I was a first timer for a lace frontal also it was the very first time I recieved service by her. I purchased my Ebin along with my frontal & dropped off the frontal in advance 4 days prior to appt for dying etc as she stated. All I know is when i got there she began to do my hair & when she got to frontal she told me every nite i will have to clue fronal down & tie up because of the lifting. I really think if she would have communicated to me about my hair situation days prior to my appt, when I dropped off my hair it could have been better because I could of done something else than the frontal. By me not knowing Ebin hair was a problem for her I could of been happier with something else other than. My cuz referred me to Falon. When she saw my hair she felt so bad & offered to have taken out for a redo some place else. I even tipped Falon because I wanted to do the rite thing but she didnt do rite by me at all. Falon money isnt a issue, it comes & goes. Communication is key with me. Thanks for your time. read more
