Working with Robbie was a nightmare for my mom. Her first hint she shouldn't have worked with him…read moreis when he didn't want to come see the house in person prior to listing her house and wanted to set it up over the phone. She decided to stick with him because he came highly recommended... we have yet to understand why though. The only positive thing I can say about him is the house went under contract after the first offer but it ends there. It took some handholding from my mom for him and his team to get it closed and even find the keys she dropped off for them. I mean, really??? Lazy, uninvolved, poor follow through and dependent on my mom for solutions as if he doesn't know how to solve problems on his own. I couldn't believe the nonsense they put her through and the drama up to the day before closing. She is 70 years old so I don't know if he was being lackadaisical because he thought he could get away with it or if the listing price wasn't high enough to deserve his attention. I don't know and don't care anymore because thankfully he is behind us now. My mom and I highly discourage anyone from listing their home with Robbie Faithe. I have bought and sold 6 homes in my life so I have plenty of experience to compare my mom's house sale too. So has she and she used to be a realtor. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else to sell your home.

He was easy to contact and answered all my questions. My one disappointment is that once the contract was executed, he seemed to disappear. Luckily it wasn't an issue between me and the buyers, but I felt like he should have at least responded since I paid him to draft the contract.

Over and over we have to call for WARRANTY WORK. We get the run around constantly from our customer service warranty representative, Steven Contreras. He promises to get repair workers to our homes but we have to continue to call over and over again. The appliances that they charge an extreme premium for are ALL TRASH. Out of the 14 appliances between the 2 homes, over half have had to have service and 2 have already had to be replaced before they were 2 years old. Out of 14 brand new homes on our street, there isn't one home where the sliding glass can be easily opened. I had to have repair men out 3 times to work on it, and it still is very difficult to open. My windows were not sealed, had a house full of sand. My laundry room light broke in less than a year, we have been trying to get Steven Contreras to send an electrician for 2 months but we just kerp getting the run around.
