Charlene was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the process, helping me make competitive offers FAST when every minute mattered. Her advice at every step, from working with my lender to making an offer to understanding the inspection report to negotiating repairs, was spot-on. Charlene knows her stuff, but she's also a joy to work with. She proactively sent me listings that met my criteria, responded promptly to every email/text I sent her (even late at night/early in the morning,) sent me supportive GIFs when I was anxious, and never made me feel like I was bugging her with my frequent first-time homebuyer questions. The seller's agent and my lender already knew her and enjoyed working with her, too, which made the whole process much smoother. Thanks for making me a homeowner, Charlene!! 10/10 would recommend!

We were tasked with selling my parents' home--which had fallen into disrepair--and finding them a new place to live just before the holidays. Melissa didn't just handle a transaction; she navigated our situation with a level of empathy and grace that is truly rare in this industry. The Results: Melissa managed to secure top dollar for the original property without even going to market, saving us immense stress and preparation during an already emotional season. Above and Beyond: What truly blew us away was her dedication to my parents' future. Because of specific community guidelines, Melissa couldn't officially act as our agent on their new home purchase. Despite having no financial incentive, she chose to educate and guide me through that entire process anyway. Her integrity and commitment to our family outweighed any commission. Communication & Work Ethic: Whenever hiccups arose, Melissa was on top of them day and night. She is a tireless advocate who listens without judgment, bringing a compassionate manner while remaining relentlessly positive and professional. If you are looking for a Realtor who brings both high-level strategy and a genuinely huge heart to the table, look no further than Melissa. She was the steady hand we needed during a storm, and we are forever grateful.
