All of them are very knowledgeable and won't try to upsell just for the sake of getting a higher sale. They will give you an honest opinion of whatever you're looking at and whether it's a good purchase for you. They still remember my dad and I and greet us any time we walk in the door. They are also extremely helpful if you have an issue. I had an issue with a pair of boots I had bought there and my toes going numb in them. David worked with me throughout multiple visits to find a solution that worked. Even though I live in Chicago now, I will continue to go to Zeller's for my skiing needs because they're awesome!

You can really see how much they love the sport and helping others find the right gear to have an amazing experience. I've always appreciated the way they ask lots of questions to figure out your skill level and match you to the right products. Great experience every time. I was also listening to the other employees help other customers and it's the same experience and attitude of everyone who works there. Great place!

Purchasing fine jewelry should feel special, and they absolutely delivered. I left feeling excited, confident, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend!

We are currently talking to Katherine on hold, listening to her tell another employee that my wife…read moremade her so mad she wants to punch her. What did she do to deserve that customer service? My wife asked for an itemized receipt to explain additional newly added costs, they refused, then she asked for a refund, they refused. Katherine got aggravated and demeaning when asked to see my wife's point of view, and they went back and forth. No one yelled and nothing personal or rude was said. Katherine then agreed to a refund, put us on hold and went around the office telling people my wife was mean and screaming (she wasn't). I don't know if Katherine knew she was on speaker phone but we started recording because she was misrepresenting what happened. But then Katherine vented to a co-worker and threatened to punch my wife. We have it on recording in case of legal needs, but you might want to know the employees at this business are this unstable when asked for itemized invoices. I'm sure she made a mistake and was just defensive, but the way she emotionally escalated this was really inappropriate and then threatening. Not sure if they know they still have us on hold but now Katherine is talking to Bob in the background.

When the time finally came and I was ready to make that investment, there was no question where I was going -- straight to David, the absolute godfather of sourcing unique and hard-to-find models. He exceeded every expectation. From the first conversation to the final handshake, the experience was personal, professional, and memorable. The attention to detail and genuine excitement for his clients is unmatched. And yes -- celebrating the moment with a well-earned beer afterward made it even more special. I couldn't be more proud or grateful for the experience. If you're considering a fine timepiece and want white-glove treatment with hometown integrity, Rummeles is the only place to go. Highly recommend.
