After calling my insurance company about questions, they told me in no uncertain terms that the Rice Group was not doing what they were supposed to & that the RG wouldn't allow the insurance company to help me with the things I was asking for. I sent a frustrated email to Brady Rice, explaining my frustrations. I got a return call from Brady stating he had these plans for these things but had never shared these "plans" with me. He refused to let me talk, told me he was being stern with me as if being a white man gave him the right to speak to me, a woman, anyway he felt he wanted to, & he refused to let me speak. He continuously threatened me stating "he would just cancel my insurance & then I wouldn't have any". It was as if a woman confronting him with displeasure ignited a psyco response & his only thought process was about punishing me for daring to cross him. If you are a woman, do NOT use this office, if you ever do something Brady Rice does not like, or state your unhappiness, he will do his best to punish you & make you feel small.
