Best. Customer. Service. EVER!…read more I've had insurance from other places in the past and had a hard time getting a response from my insurance agent even when I just had basic questions. Not so here! Micah Waldron State Farm has helped me navigate the wild world of insurance in a way I'd never experienced before. When I switched my insurance they were helpful and informative. They made sure I understood exactly what coverage I was purchasing and what it was for. I walked away confident that I had the right coverage I needed for my vehicles. They're always friendly when I call and efficient in their work! They've helped turn something that was complicated and hard for me to navigate into an experience I actually enjoyed. If you want an insurance agent that will treat you like a real person, look no further! This is the guy! I highly recommend!

After being a loyal customer for more than 3 years, I met Melissa (the self-proclaimed manager). I…read moreasked a few questions about my renewal and my options for adding on another car. She kept telling me that she couldn't tell me how much it was going to cost. She could not even give me a rough estimate. This seemed odd because every other time Blair assisted me pleasantly and provided all of the information and quotes when I asked. How can someone make a decision between liability and full coverage if they don't know the difference in price? Melissa was not trying to help me. She was combative, arrogant and unprofessional. She did not work to solve my problems, instead she just flat out kept saying, "we can't do that. - no, we can't do that." Usually managers offer solutions and try to help the customer. Melissa did not. She is not management material. Now, Blair did help me.. she answered my questions and came up with a solution. (Funny how the manager is supposed to be the one to help, not the employee.) One thing though... when I asked if someone from there could call me the next day to provide me with another quote. I was advised that I should call them. If they want my business, how hard is it to schedule my name and number on their planner and reach out the following day? It's as if I need to bow down to them to give them my money because they are too busy with all of the other customers. I guess three years being a loyal customer doesn't mean you are going to have any extras - even if that extra is just a courtesy call with a quote (ultimately leading to more money for the Insurance Doctor.) huh... makes you think. Do they really want my business?

Bryan broke EVERYTHING down into easily understandable language and answered all of my questions. He was patient, extremely professional and I immediately felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders after working with him. With regards to Bryan's integrity; he came to the realization early in the process that in my particular case (under age 65 with special circumstances), that I would be better served obtaining coverage that he could not offer to me at this time. Instead of "closing up shop" as he knew there would be no sale; he made sure that I understood all of my options, knew what other questions I should be asking, and continued to answer the questions I had until he was sure I would be able to navigate the system on my own. I highly recommend him and he will be the first person I call when my status changes.

I don't even know where to begin. We had an absolutely horrible experience with this office. We…read morecould literally never get a straight answer from anyone in the office. Tracey was rarely available to help us when we had questions. My husband ended up having the majority of the interactions with the office because I became so frustrated that I was ready to fire her within the first month of us having her as our agent. My poor husband repeatedly got the run around and got to the point that every single one of his interactions with the people in the office was negative. He did become irate several times because we had been repeatedly lied to and could never get our questions answered. It got to the point that no one in the office would speak to us and our only interactions were through email. We have switched to a different agent who is wonderful. If you need an agent that will actually do their job, I recommend Kim Simmons. I'm sure Tracey will have something to say in the comments, but she and her office staff all know that they did a terrible job and are completely inept.
