If you are like me and just want to upload your documents and not be bothered non stop or sit in an office for 30 mins while someone preps them silently, just call these folks. I have enough to think about and I don't want to worry or micromanage my tax side of things. I'm simply not an expert and never will be in this area. They've done my taxes (which are quite in depth) for 4 of the last 5 years. I only skipped a year because I thought I should find someone local to me and came racing back. Wherever you live, however easy or difficult your filings are. Just call them. They have an online portal where you can just quickly upload your documents. It takes mere minutes. I want to add one more thing. I recently moved across country and had a tragedy happen where all of my belongings were destroyed in a fire in the moving truck. No taxes weren't the first thing on my mind, this firm reminds, contacts and follows up with YOU. They should be charging for their secretarial level of follow up. It's like having your own personal accountant. I know it's another glowing review but I assure you I have no relationship with any of the folks that work there other than being my trusted tax professionals. You can pay for the cheaper TurboTax or h&r block "pros" but you get what you pay for here. An extra level of service that is unrivaled

So they never actually sent in my taxes because they thought I didn't pay which I paid directly to the owner and when I went back he never came out of his office to apologized for his mistake because he was the one to finalize everything. So my taxes got sent in late. The other staff was helpful and I appreciate that, but not being able to even face me and apologize is sad.

Update: 05/17/2020, Cliff decides to send me an email 1 year later due to him noticing this Yelp review. Cliff stated that I never paid him, when in fact, he would typically pull his fee from the actual tax return. Due to me owing this year, Cliff could have provided the amount I owed along with the amount due for his services rendered, but he decided to stay silent about the issue. Cliff stated in this email received on 2020 that he couldn't file my 2018 taxes, which left me confused, because its 2020?? I've already had those taken care of. Cliff doesn't answer his direct number, and he also has an "assistant" that answers a phone and "takes a message", but the funny thing about it is it never seems to make it to Clifton??

Canceled my policy way before the payment due date only to find out a new add vehicle was not processed until 3 months later resulting in an excessive payment change/deduction and was not eligible for the entire refund due to the agent not processing the addition in a timely manner!
