Came home ordered tickets directly from Disney. Called another AAA LOCATION and the woman I spoke with sent me an email with all the discounts for the parks and there was the tickets we were looking for . So the agent at Swift Creek did NOT give us the correct information. We pay for a membership and couldn't use it for tickets. If you don't know ask don't assume. Auto service: Regardless of your appointment time that is a slot doesn't mean you will get in at that time is what I was told. I had an appointment at 10am , I had to call for an update they NEVER call back with updates . This is not the 1st. Then the gentleman stated they needed to get the parts from the dealer and our vehicle would be ready in 1-2 days. Call Thursday afternoon and now it's something Friday. They can't give you a direct answer. Then to make you feel like you're not a priority when you're a paying customer just like everyone else. A phone call with the any updates is better than NOTHING! DO BETTER! Treat your customers how you would WANT TO BE TREATED!
