As a 65-year-old newly retired customer, I reached out to explore options after downsizing to one vehicle (a 2016) and switching to liability coverage. What should have been a simple request--removing a car and providing an updated rate--took nearly a week and i sent a 2nd request.to get an email response. However, once I submitted my cancellation, I suddenly received multiple responses in a single day. That inconsistency says everything. Customer loyalty clearly doesn't matter here. If you need timely communication or basic responsiveness, this is not the company I would recommend.

Took me two months to get the contractor to make a claim. Now on month three and the adjustor Keith Reilly called and wouldn't even come out to look at damages that I can PROVE without a doubt that the contractor did the damages. Had witnesses, photos & notes as to what happened. He was VERY VERY RUDE! I feel as if I have been involved in a hit and run!! Case was denied of course, this is what insurance companies do. I will be taking further action against all parties involved, even if it means taking them to court. So much with the Weatherization Program helping a person out!
