Showed up at 10:30 am after I had left for work. My wife handled talking to him and said he did a very thorough evaluation and found numerous problems most of which I knew to be true so he seemed very knowledgeable. Said he would email a quote. It's been 10 days and I've heard nothing. Searched BBB.org for some info on this business and found nothing. Searched the Department of professional and occupational regulation for a contractor license under his name, business name and address and found nothing. Nothing on the website about being licensed either. Not sure what to think.

He answered all my questions in a timely manner and made the entire process of purchasing a fence seamless. We had several fence companies out to provide quotes and Snell was the best in pricing. Jamie listened to what we wanted and provided! Other companies were too pushy on recommending fencing we were not interested in. One even recommended a wood type fence with what looked to be wire fencing in between the boards. I explained over and over again that is not what we wanted. Even threw in there that my St. Bernard literally eats 2x4s and still had to beg for a quote on the black chain link fence. All the companies that came out to quote prior to Snell left a bad taste in my mouth and they will not be recommended. I will recommend Snail Fence Company to anyone and everyone that is interested in any type of fencing. Awesome customer service and quality work is what makes this business OUTSTANDING! We now have a GREAT looking black vinyl chain link fence in our back yard and our American Akita and St. Bernard pups are loving the freedom!!!

I made the unfortunate decision of hiring this company. When the foreman showed up and said he…read moredidn't have any plans with him that should have been my first sign. Hopefully this prevents someone from making the 11K mistake I did. CopperFox came back to my property multiple times without resolving the issue. The issue still persists and they actually damaged my property in the process, eventually they just stopped responding. They washed out concrete in my drains, forgot to install the drainage tile, installed the drains in the wrong spot and right next to my foundation, cut the direct TV line, and left the space a mess. If that all wasn't enough, the quality of the work looks really rough. The grate drain wouldn't even drain because they filled it with concrete as well. Even if I had to pay extra to go with a different company, I definitely would have done it.

Regrettably, after several onsite consultations and unrealistic proposals, I began to look elsewhere. Two months of research and many telephone calls later I discovered Copper Fox Foundation Repair, Harold Habeck, Solutions Engineer and his Administrative Assistant Faith Froemming in the small historic community of Midland, Virginia. It was refreshing to finally talk to a strait forward, no nonsence, honest class A contractor with no hidden agendas. During the one hour complementary consultation at my house Harold freely and abundantly shared thousands of dollars worth of expert advice based on more than thirty years of experience in the house construction field as a builder and developer. The value added part of the customer experience was the presence of Faith, a kind, patient, attentive, gracious and above all altruistic young lady. A Solutions Engineer in her own right, Faith was always available to ensure complete customer satisfaction at every stage of the project. If you are considering foundation and drain plumbing repair, interior or exterior house renovations or a new custom luxury home built from scratch to your specifications, take my advice and look no further than Copper Fox, Harold and Faith.
