I needed them installed by Thanksgiving 2016 and they delivered! When they first installed them I discovered that the set didn't come with an adjustment knob so they were either full-on, 2 feet tall flames or they were off. Plus the pilot light made such a loud noise we actually had to cut the volumn up on the television! That said, I talked with the owner and he installed a new burner system with an adjusting knob and a nice quiet pilot light. Problem solved with no fuss from the shop! They are pleasant, knowledgeable and are prompt with installations.
