My expectations were surpassed by the quality of workmanship and dedication each member of there crew's performance. The attention to detail was amazing. From covering my inground pool with plastic sheet to prevent possible cement falling to the bottom, covering the house with plastic sheet to prevent cement splash from hitting my siding to covering the base of my 6 x6 upper deck support beams with tar based post sleeves. Most importantly, I took down two sections of fence so equipment would be able to access my back yard. I went outside to dig a hole for a new fence post that needed replacing. As I began to dig, one of the workers, on his lunch break, came to me and volunteered to dig the hole for me. These are workers that take pride in there job and are happy to be working for this company. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his wife and completely understand why this is such a successful company. Please give them a try on your next project.

They poured concrete on 3/10/2025 and on 3/19, I decided to pay them the last bit just so they would stop bothering me. I feel sick looking at the terrible job they did. There's holes all over my concrete from shotty finishing and not vibrating, there's 3/8" low spots that hold water everywhere. They had to install a "bump" at the entrance so the garage door would meet the pad. From day 2, the garage door didn't close anymore. When I mentioned this to them, they sent out someone who opted to grab materials hanging off my wall, and come up with a "makeshift" solution rather than actually fixing it. I later fixed it myself in literally 5min. The "bump" they formed in isn't smooth and is completely different from one side to the other. I'm having to buy materials to redo it myself (Hundreds of dollars in material). They didn't cut in a single stress relief line in the whole 30x30 pad so I had to buy tools to do that too. They installed "drains" at the front of my shop so water would have somewhere to go. Naturally, they opted to steal conduit from my storage without even mentioning anything to me. On top of their thievery, the drains didn't even work. Their solution? Send someone over to hammer through the slab with rebar so the water drains under my slab... Causing erosion issues in the future. I should have hired an American company from the start. Not some unprofessional day labour company. Absolutely a total waste of money and I sorely regret ever giving them a dollar. I 100% could have done a better concrete job and I'm an electrician!

Then randomly they stated we needed an upgrade to our panel box. Mind you, this would cost more money when we already had gotten our financials squared away with a loan. When I requested that an actual electrician come out and take a look at the panel box, he stated it was fine and would be adequate to finish the job. Shameless money grab? Who knows. Trust broken. Once they finally landed on a date to start the job, several weeks later, it happened to land on the Friday before Labor Day. The crew was at our house for approximately an hour. They came knocking and said they couldn't finish the job because "they thought they saw a snake"..... One would think, that would be a work requirement considering your job entails you working in spaces that critters creep. But, no. They refused to the finish the job due to "the snake". No texts, calls or rescheduling emails have been sent despite our aggressive efforts to get a hold of anyone. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headaches.
