Milo tested it, explained the cells were dry and told me my options. His upbeat attitude really helped my stressful situation. I wasn't pressed into purchasing a new battery but when I heard the price, he switched them out and I was out in about ten minutes. He said things like 'you're in luck! We have some!' Or 'even better, this one is less than I quoted you' Years ago, I brought in a battery for an electric bike. The staff recognized what it was and I wasn't even through the doors when he came to take it from me. He explained to me the expected life of the battery and how best to store it in the winter. One of their staff even added a tidbit on cell phone batteries and how to get the best life out of one. I recommend anyone to see them about any battery needs.

A quick Google search showed 4 different options. From reviewing their websites, I wasn't quite sure if 3 of the shops could help me or how much it would cost. iDeal iRepair's website was very well designed. It was easy to navigate and gave me all of the information I needed to see if they could help me. I dropped by and found a nice, well designed store. The two gentlemen working greeted me immediately (sorry, I didn't get their names). In under 5 minutes, they had replaced my battery and informed me what I needed to do to condition the new battery. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience was very impressive. Apple would have charged $79, plus shipping and other fees. Plus, they would have taken my phone for who knows how long. iDeal iRepair charged $50 for the part and service. I absolutely recommend this store. Thanks for the great service!
