But this time I was in a rush to get new frames and lenses because my current pair of glasses broke. Tina and all the staff were so very helpful and accommodating and put a rush on the order so it will arrive in days, not weeks. Tina helped me find a perfect pair of frames that fit my face, and was complimentary; (I have a very narrow face that is hard to find frames that are the right size) and I am so happy with what she found for me! The prices are very good and the service is excellent, they deserve 5 stars for sure !

I tried to buy contacts recently from professional optical and they refused to allow me to buy more…read moresince I was due for an eye exam. I have been getting my eyes checked regularly and they haven't changed in over a decade. So they are now withhold contacts /glasses if I don't get my routine eye check up. So now I have to walk around unable to see because I can't get more contacts and have no way of booking an apt any time soon for a check up due to financial hardships. I feel like withholding a product because you didn't get your regular eye check up is ridiculous and extremely unfair. Especially for someone who goes regularly and has not had any change. Very frustrating and seems to be a gimmick to get more money out of you. I informed the lady working reception of my concerns and she informed me that she didn't want to deal with the situation/didn't know how and basically avoided all of my concern's. Informed me she would get someone else to call me back (which did not happen) and I am now left to scramble and find another eye doctor and figure out how I am going to manage not being able to see until I can afford an apt at another eye doctors office. If you are planning on going to this eye doctor/clinic I would think again and try some where else!

Add to that, my contacts took far longer than expected to come in but no one was willing to own up or figure out what happened or make it right. I got the feeling they weren't even ordered until I called about them. Take ownership of the situation and make it right with at least an apology and it will go a long way with your clients.

I found all of the staff were also exceptional...offering information with warmth, courtesy and respecting your time. I was looking for a new Optometrist after relocating from BC. I've been wearing progressive lenses for over fifteen years and at times have had complications with the prescriptions, leading to more appointments and wait times while adjustments were made (glasses sent back and fixed). I'm typing this review - not even two weeks after my appointment - while looking through my new glasses, the adjusted prescription is perfect (amazing clarity!!). NO revisions needed!...highly recommend this office.
