That's your advertisement right there, 11 out of 10 product, people, and service. Designing the ring was a ton of fun, make sure that you're not in a rush. My wife works in healthcare so the owner had some recommendations that really made the ring come together and not interfere with her work. Little modifications so gloves don't tear when you put them on, making sure her hair never gets caught on the ring, little things like that. Every time I came to the store front I was met with smiles, you can really tell all the employees love their jobs and want nothing but the best for their customers. At the first design meeting I was up front about my budget, and the owner was very respectful and diligent when designing the ring around my budget. It was never brought up a second time. This made the process very enjoyable and stress free as I new exactly how much everything was going to cost. The owner went out of her way to order custom cut diamonds from New York that where so beautiful she bought them knowing that type of diamond doesn't come around very often. After the fact I can come into the store front when ever is most convenient for me and they will clean my wife's ring and give it a quick once over, if there is anything less than perfect they take care of it right away! If you want to spend your hard earned money on a local, multi generational family business, that provides the highest standard of service, provides the highest standard of product, who genuinely takes care of their customers, then Tomkins is a no brainer. The quality of the products is excellent. The staff are great. They even go out of their way to help you find the best dollar value on your purchases. When we needed a new washing machine (which they don't carry) they put us in touch with the Picture Butte store which has everything and just as nice staff, we got our washer. If more stores could find staff like those at these two stores their businesses would really improve. We just wish they carried lumber at the Lethbridge store too.

It was easy to navigate and gave me all of the information I needed to see if they could help me. I dropped by and found a nice, well designed store. The two gentlemen working greeted me immediately (sorry, I didn't get their names). In under 5 minutes, they had replaced my battery and informed me what I needed to do to condition the new battery. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience was very impressive. Apple would have charged $79, plus shipping and other fees. Plus, they would have taken my phone for who knows how long. iDeal iRepair charged $50 for the part and service. I absolutely recommend this store. Thanks for the great service!

The only reason I'd say theyre four instead of five is due to all of the promotions that they have to throw at you; Edge Cards, Pre-order offers, sales on hats no one wants, surveys and deal offers. They not to make it a mouth full, but its still not their fault.
