Was so impressed w the way they nurtured and taught these new hair stylists. You can get on a list for hair cuts or color if you contact them. I struggled with posting this review because Gregg made my hair look better than it has looked in a…read morelong time. I have long curly hair and I got cut and foil. But, customer service is lacking. First most of my 3 hour appointment was talking about god and he all but said my gay father is a freak of nature. If I hadn't had half of my hair in foils I would have walked out. This is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Never talk about religion or politics, especially with a first time client. Didn't want to piss off the guy who was doing my hair. But, my hair looked so good I booked with him again and figured I'd tell him no god talk this time, My second appointment was to get my hair touched up for my daughter's wedding. I was pressed for time especially with guests coming in from out of town. I waited 15 minutes for Gregg. He never showed! When I was leaving the woman who was there asked me if I wanted to call Gregg. I said I thought you had done that. And she said she had talked with Gregg that morning and he would be in for his first appointment, which was me at 1:00. Wouldn't you think that when she saw he was five minutes late she would call him? And then no reaching out to me to apologize or trying to fit me in before the wedding. Radio silence. I won't be going back.

It made perfect sense to me and actually I had been trying to tell my stylist at Juut I wanted basically the exact changes he recommended. Greg wants you to walk out of his salon looking so good that people comment on it. :-). And don't we all want that! :-) He made a huge improvement in my style and color. I think he is a master colorist and I know he has won awards as a stylist. He meets people where they are at and really connects in a positive way. And I appreciate that. But mainly, I am so happy to have a hair style and color that are so much better and more fun than what I had for years at Juut.

As a blonde, I wanted to be brighter and lighter, without the 3-4 month upkeep. Taylor made it possible for me to come in every 6 months and have beautiful, lived in color until then. This past appointment, I wanted to experiment going a bit darker in my color and showed her only one reference photo - and she made it happen!
