I met with Dr Samec today who will now be my physician. He was familiar with my med history which put me at ease. He spent what I felt was a great deal of time talking to me and asking questions. He was so very patient with me as I shared issues about my med history I wanted him to be aware of. Dr Samec is experienced, thoughtful and caring. Working closely with Dr Samec is PA Laurie Hughell. If you are seeking treatment for osteoporosis or rheumatoid arthritis, I recommend Dr Samec and Laurie Hughell. I have trusted my care to this office for 18 years. I rarely write reviews but if you are new to the area or looking for a new provider, I highly recommend this team. Mutual trust must be the bedrock of a good doctor/patient relationship.

Dr. Chughtai is by far one of the best cardiologists i have ever had the pleasure of seeing. I am…read morenot quite sure what Jeff F.'s issue is. Seems like he has some racist tendencies. I'd like to give an example of Dr. Chughtai's outstanding behavior of not only being a wonderful doctor but and outstanding human being. I had a triple bypass surgery that I thought went successfully but I felt chest pain a few months after the surgery. I went to my regular cardiologist who did a stress test that came out abnormal so I had a nuclear scan done that came out clear. My doctor told me I was fine but I still had reservations so I went looking for another doctor. I had heard great things about Dr. Chughtai from a friend. He's very thorough, extremely friendly and down to earth. Dr. Chughtai also agreed these tests were inconsistent and decided to do an angiogram. He found out all 3 of my bypass grafts were clogged (almost 90%) which was upsetting since I had just had surgery. Dr. Chughtai calmed me through such an emotional time and scheduled me for an angioplasty. The procedure was a success, I got a second chance on life and couldn't have done it without this guy. I do go in for follow-up visits and he always greets me with a smile on his face. I love this guy, he's in his late 60s but he still has great instincts and knows how to properly treat and care for a patient.
