I have had several medical…read moreissues and been told by several specialist that my lympthnoids were inflamed in my whole body and had a low platelet count so I went to see him and he basically said he did not know why I was there and all my CTs that the other doctors had said my lympths were swallon were normal. I was wasting his time even though in 1 minute he with out even looking at me or my chart nothing was wrong. I am 40 and at 38 I had a massive heart attack, hyperthyroid, calsification of brain, lupus, sjogrens, and many other things. He was uncaring and rude.

Customer service should be front and foremost. Who really wants to go to the doctor? The nurses are the same. There are a couple I wish I could ask for them every time I go in. On my last visit I tried to make conversation and even asked a couple of question no response. Me "Is the weight here in kg or lbs." no response, Nurse: " could you step over here I need to get your height" Then when its her turn to ask questions I'm met with "are you having a bad day" not until I starting talking to you. He doesn't rack up a bill with X-rays and pushing for you to come in 20 times in a week. He will let you know if you should come back, but you don't feel the typical pressure like at most chrios. I have popped in from time to time when I've had some back or neck pain and after a few visits he has me up and running again. He also uses Muscle stimulation which I find helps greatly. The office is located in a easy to get to location so if you work downtown your in and out in about 15-20 min. He does allow walk-ins, and excepts many forms of insurance. I can say that I would like to see one thing added. If he could rent out space to a massage therapist that would be awesome. Someone that could do a quick 15-30 min session. They also have a great friendly staff.

He listens when I need to talk, sends me wherever I need to go. I had a meltdown and called the office and they asked him if he could squeeze me in and he said of course. He doesn't even mind my crazy. I wouldn't ever see anyone else. I hope he is my Doctor for the rest of my life, because I don't want to start over with someone else. I'm not sure I'd be here if it weren't for Dr Munro. I also see Kim, the therapist and she is wonderful, she listens, talks things out with me. She's the best. I also want to say that Diana (Dr Munro's nurse and Amy the other nurse are so kind and thoughtful. Bailey Webb treats my son and husband and she has always been helpful. The girls at the front desk are always pleasant and professional. I absolutely love this office and I hope it never changes. Sometimes you get what you get by the attitude you present, if you go in all crabby and demanding, you're probably not gonna get the best care you want, they will try, but you won't think it was. We tried many times and to get documentation from Dr. Munro and the clinic…read moreto get paperwork in a timely manner which was not done when needed and we requested to speak with the clinic manager on numerous occasions by email, voicemails and other means which never happened and no call from them. Dr Munro kept asking for visits to have paperwork filled out that we needed and charged our insurance when the specific paperwork was not sent over until multiple emails and calls were made to only be placed on hold for over 5 minutes each time and no one would answer and then calling back to be placed on hold even when told no when asked to hold and that I didn't want to be placed on hold and Bree would place me on hold anyways. I sent an email and left a voicemail for Dr. Munros nurse to call me back as we just needed confirmation that the doctors were sent and the fax confirmation with information and documents sent directly to us. That wad finally done 2 days after my 3rd visit by Dr. Monroe as he called us back hours later as he was just now faxing over the information information that we needed and that was two days after our appointment with him to get the exact documentation. Nothing like milking our insurance company for unnecessary visits. And then the doctor wants to terminate our relationship because they couldn't follow through with getting the documentation sent over when we originally had our visits! We never received a phone call from the clinic manager or clinic Director as we requested this numerous times by emails and calls to get this issue resolved and to get feedback. The nurse should've sent the information over the day of the appointment which never happened. The doctor was sending it two days later when we finally got a phone call from him!! the only thing that Monroe wanted to do for long Covid say to drink enough water, eat well and get enough sleep. seriously?! no other treatment is available out there for this?? this clinic will be one that I tell everybody to stay away from! If you're seeking Long Covid treatment, this is not the doctor that you want to see! They don't follow through with the things as they should in a timely manner and the only treatment they recommend is what a normal physician would recommend. Ridiculous! And to say that I was abusive to staff to say "No" to being placed on hold is a lie!! I terminate my relationship with Dr. Munro as he is not someone I would recommend to anybody and exaggerated the truth to what really happened and is only covering for his nurse not doing her job to send what I needed over on Monday when I had my appointment as that wasn't done even by Wednesday when I sent emails and then started calling. Why would I want to continue to see somebody that doesn't take care of my needs as a customer for a service that I have paid for. Possibly insurance fraud? 3 visits for paperwork seems a bit extreme... and to get the correct paperwork? Sounds a little excessive to me!! If I could give them a -5 stars, I would!!

In my case, that's being an amateur strongman and powerlifter. The photo was from my rotator cuff tear which Stadia and their PT fixed without surgery, and is stronger now than ever before. I had the opportunity to need them again 3 years later this week with hip pain. He did all the diagnostic exams and found nothing structural with my hip just an inflamed nerve.
