The sourdough that is hidden beneath the soft scrambled eggs is toasted perfectly. It stayed crunchy til I managed to finish it! It was a very tasty and well put together dish. Their offerings are standard to what you'd find at other coffee shops, and their pastries are similar to what you'd expect to see at a Mexican bakery back home in LA.
