The sourdough that is hidden beneath the soft scrambled eggs is toasted perfectly. It stayed crunchy til I managed to finish it! It was a very tasty and well put together dish. My boyfriend ordered the Huevos Rotos along with the stack of Hotcakes which we shared as a dessert to our breakfast! LOL! It was delicious as well. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on their menu. I even ordered a concha to-go, which we snacked on after a long walk through Fundidora Park, it hit the spot. I would be delighted to return to Belmonte if I find myself in Monterrey again.
