It is a local business with one other location in town. This location is in the Plaza Versailles where there are several other businesses and a theatre. From the outside of the plaza you see signs for Carls Hr and KFC on the corner. They offer a variety of breakfasts entrees (eggs, chilaquiles, hotcakes, etc.), as well as hot sandwiches, paninis, salads, wings and more. I was surprised at their low prices. The ambience is casual and clean. There is one rather small dining room. A TV was on the wall but the volume was low to allow conversation. I liked the modern layout and pleasant appearance. They take your order at the counter and bring your food and beverages to you. I had the molletes with pico de gallo, and paid a small additional charge to add bacon. They were very well cooked and served quickly. I have had better coffee but loved the delicious fresh squeezed orange juice. Coffee is served in refillable styrofoam cups. The molletes were excellent, tasted great and were very filling. The people who waited on me were friendly and professional. They made me feel welcome and appreciated. I wish them success. My tea was delicious, while my buddy's drink was strong. The vibe in this coffee shop is relaxed. It looks pretty well hidden, away from the main avenues in the downtown area.
