This coffee shop was our stop, after my buddy got done showing me around downtown Monterrey. The coffee shop looked small from the outside, but turned out to be quite big once inside.
I perused their menu, and decided on a latte for my caffeine boost. I also got an iced lemonade, due to the hot weather, and an bottled mineral water. In a rarity for me, I also got a donut. My buddy got an iced mocha, which he said came out pretty good. I could tell that our drinks and pastries were made with good quality ingredients.
Their offerings are standard to what you'd find at other coffee shops, and their pastries are similar to what you'd expect to see at a Mexican bakery back home in LA.
There is plenty of seating in this place. There is indoor seating which is perfect to get work done on a laptop, or to sit and chat with friends. There is a large outside patio in the back, where my buddy and I sat for a few minutes before carrying on touring the city. read more
