I perused their menu, and decided on a latte for my caffeine boost. I also got an iced lemonade, due to the hot weather, and an bottled mineral water. In a rarity for me, I also got a donut. My buddy got an iced mocha, which he said came out pretty good. I could tell that our drinks and pastries were made with good quality ingredients. Their offerings are standard to what you'd find at other coffee shops, and their pastries are similar to what you'd expect to see at a Mexican bakery back home in LA. There is plenty of seating in this place. There is indoor seating which is perfect to get work done on a laptop, or to sit and chat with friends. There is a large outside patio in the back, where my buddy and I sat for a few minutes before carrying on touring the city.

It's a Friday afternoon so average crowd with some sitting at the tables with baked goods and coffee and many take-out. The staff are bilingual so were quickly able to serve me. I ordered an almond crossaint and a latte with almond milk. I paid and sat down at a table. The food came quickly. The almond crossaint was flatlet and filled with goodness of almond paste and not too sweet. The latter was balanced slightly sweet from the almond milk. Everything was delicious... I was able to sit for about an hour without interruptions though the noise level changes pending on coming & going of customers. I definitely will come back and recommend this place!!!

The guy picked his nose while talking on the phone taking an order, lifted up his shirt to look at his abs in the mirror (amazing abs I must say) then he handled pastries with no gloves and licked his fingers afterward. I had just finished eating something and it made me think that if he does that with clients at the store, what can I expect when no one is looking. I just wouldn't go there to eat. For coffee? Maybe.
