I would give PetSmart in Raynham on New State Highway a zero if I could. I brought my Golden…read moreRetriever to get a "Golden" haircut yesterday. I made the appt. several days in advance and when I got there, They had booked 4 dogs with two groomers at the same time. She asked if I wanted the same haircut, I said yes. After 4 and a half hours, I called them and asked if she was done. She said it would take another 45 minutes (1:45). I never received a call stating she was ready at 2:30 so I just went there to pick her up. When I saw her, I was shocked and appalled at the shoddy haircut they gave her. She was shaved! People I have spoken to have said they were shocked at what a bad haircut it was. I paid 84.00 for a haircut that will take at least a year to grow back. Don't ever go to PetSmart in Raynham. You will regret it.

After noticing over and over that my puppy's energy level wasn't reduced at all after a full day of…read moredaycare, I started asking questions. Came to find out that the dogs indeed get to go out and play for 10-15 min per hour. The rest of the time (45-50 min per hour) they are in a crate. Horrified, I told the girl at the desk I wasn't aware of this for the past month I had been bringing him, and her words in a very snarky tone were "Our daycare isn't a free for all"... So I let the last five days I bought in my package expire and we never went there again. PLEASE ask questions - even if it feels like a stupid question... like "will my dog have playtime all day if he needs it?" Since I only assumed that is what doggy daycare looked like. Found a way better place -also in Raynham- and my pup is tired and happy every day when I pick him up, plus I can see him playing when I walk in which I always wondered why you couldn't see any of the dogs at K9... Again, ASK QUESTIONS! And if you prefer your dog to just be in a crate all day, keep them home and save your money!

We were originally training at another recommended place by my vet. We were struggling in our training with his constant frustration and fears. I utilized the Doggie Day School one week for training and I noticed a difference in his demeanor and behavior quickly. The trainers were giving me tips and tricks to practice at home. When one day a trainer said to me he loves it here and he's such a good boy. Why don't you train here with us? From that moment we switched everything into them and he earned his Canine Good Citizens Title this year. They took an anxiety ridden, fearful, stubborn, yet lovey, goofy, high strung, crazy pooch that "most would have gave up on" and worked diligently with us both to become confident and in sync. They are dedicated, supportive, and committed to helping you and your dog. From the array of training classes, daycare, grooming, boarding, and a lobby store, you have a one stop shop for all your needs.

I have never met a groomer like Len who was able to demat the cat completely (I have a super matted long hair Persian cat) without having to give him a lion cut, and finish wash and dry all within 1 hour!!! I can't believe it's only $50 also... In the past, I always get charged $150+ and they take 3 hours - they always end up giving him an ugly lion cut. I even had places (Petco of course) that hurt him when trying to demat - the razor cut into my cat's skin! Len truly BLEW MY MIND!!! I didn't even know this can be so easy and well done given all the poor previous experience and limited grooming options for cats. I would drive hours to come to Len just for this excellent service!!! Here's my cat happy and chilling in the car right after the groom... He is finally now fluffy and clean again!!! :D
