Shopping at this location makes for a very uncomfortable experience. I visited this store with my boyfriend in search of 1 item so we went 20 minutes before close. We were greeted by a very friendly woman working the cash register, but as soon as we made our way onto the floor to shop, we were met with another employee who made our experience nothing short of uncomfortable. My partner and I came here tonight to try to get a new vibrator because the beloved old one had died for good (RIP). Upon entrance we are carded, which is fine, we look young. We pick two vibrators of a specific brand that we know we like, and one even looks like the old vibrator that died. When we bring it to the woman who is putting batteries in them to test them she opens up the one that looks like the old one that we really wanted. She puts the three batteries in the other vibrator and once again, it doesn't work. At this point my partner asks to see it, and notices she put two of the batteries in the wrong way. She fixes the batteries and voila, it works. We want to try the other one now, so we try it but the employee had put it back together wrong so now the place where the batteries go was stuck inside of the device. If I could give a rating of no stars I would. As soon as we walked in I felt unwelcome. A woman who worked there stared us down, as we politely declined any assistance. Apparently we were in an area we shouldn't have been in because she rudely reprimanded us, even though there wasn't any signage stating we weren't allowed. If I could, I'd probably give you no stars. I don't know what type of establishment such as yours has their employees follow their customers around as they shop for intimate and private things.
