Even though the pants are not that cheap everywhere I go that has "plus sizes" only has up to an XL and there usually over 100 dollars but I got 4 pants for about 130 and with the torrid discount for first time credit card users i got 2 pants this trip and than 2 pairs and 2 shirts for under $100. Everything was easy breezy and we didn't even meet until close to the ceremony! And even though we only met once before the wedding weekend, The photographers were actually such a fun presence with us on our big day that they felt like friends we had known and invited as guests to our wedding! They had a great way of leading us into amazing shots and poses but still allowing for natural, organic interactions making beautiful candids. Her turnaround was so fast with all our photos, and she was incredibly patient as it took us WAY too long to make our selections for our photo book. Shelby is an absolute gem, her photos are gorgeous, and she was a joy to work with! I would hire her 100 times over!

Everything was fine at first while the employee looked up my phone number, but out of nowhere they said they couldn't accept the return because the pants "smelled." That accusation was completely false -- the pants had been in my mom's car and had no odor whatsoever. I felt completely judged based on my appearance and unfairly stereotyped. Maybe the hoodie I was wearing had a faint smell or my boyfriend's cigarette smoke lingered, but the pants themselves were clean and unused. When that excuse didn't hold up, they suddenly claimed they couldn't take the return because the fabric fastener wasn't attached to the tag -- which felt like they were just looking for another reason to deny it. After calling corporate, I was told the store manager accused me of lying, and that corporate couldn't override the store's decision because "all merchandise must be sellable." It's disappointing that a billion-dollar company would treat a customer this way over a simple $30 return. Corporate offered an insulting 25% off next purchase coupon as a "resolution." The entire experience was humiliating and frustrating. I'll never shop at H&M again and will be sharing my experience with others so they know how poorly customers are treated here.
