I'm very picky and not very adventurous when it comes to clothes. I was just wandering around and Christopher politely said hello to me and just let me continue shopping. After a bit more time of wandering with nothing in my hand he asked if I needed any help finding anything, but not in that annoying salesperson way. He was fantastic!!! He asked me if I would try things on if he picked some things out, asked me my size, a few other questions and just tore through the store. In what felt like 20 seconds he had 5 tops ready for me to try and I actually liked 2 out of the 5 (amazing odds for my picky a$$). He asked me what I didn't like about the other three in case I wanted to try more on, but I was happy with the 2. He made the shopping experience incredibly positive, which means a whole heck of a lot to me because I don't tend to have positive experiences when it comes to clothes shopping!

Even though the pants are not that cheap everywhere I go that has "plus sizes" only has up to an XL and there usually over 100 dollars but I got 4 pants for about 130 and with the torrid discount for first time credit card users i got 2 pants this trip and than 2 pairs and 2 shirts for under $100. The workers there make me feel so much better about my body now that I can find jeans that fit. Thank you guys!

The store in general is well stocked with ever imaginable size available. I'm not a fan of dressing rooms but was happy they had a Covid plan of leave what you do not want behind. All staff were wearing their masks properly with sanitizers and masks available at the already opened door. Pants range to the 40-60 dollar range and you have your typical prices for your hoodies, shirts, socks, etc. I signed up for the rewards program only because I was halfway to a $100 gift card. The extra security they have inside the store is creepy and gives me goosebumps. We were greeted by the big security guy as we walked inside. They have amazing collection right from bags, belts, wallets etc. We had already decided what we were going to buy. Their staff person 'Paliny' was very helpful with information on the bags. We had 3 amazing choices for the same bag and it confused the hell out of us. The whole checkout experience was relaxing and we were offered some cold drinks and water. I like their option of getting initials embedded on your product free of charge. It really adds the personalization factor to the product. I hope the bag really lives upto the hype/expectation and gives us value for money.

She was patient, and listened to my daughter. She brought out the most beautiful dresses all within budget. She gave my daughter time to look at herself in the mirror, and analyze how she felt after putting on each gown. We never felt rushed or pressured. We did not end up getting her dress here, but we have recommended this salon and Sam to all of my daughter's friends and colleagues who are looking for a gown right now. After explaining what I did/didn't like, she pulled several dresses to start and we narrowed down what the next round of dresses should/shouldn't have. She then continually pulled styles that were very similar to the ones I said I didn't like. When we asked if there were other options in the store that matched what I was looking for, I was told there was "nothing else," which felt dismissive. At that point when my consultant said there was nothing else in the store, I'd tried on 5 dresses. For a store that promotes itself as size-inclusive, I was really uncomfortable with how I was treated. I was repeatedly squeezed into dresses that didn't fit properly, to the point where I could barely breathe in some due to improper clipping/zipping. At one point, the clips in the back popped open and the metal snapped against my back, which was both painful and embarrassing. There was one dress I liked but didn't love, and instead of continuing to explore other options the consultant kept pushing me to purchase it. She focused on how it could be customized, even though the things I didn't like weren't minor fixed... they were fundamental elements of the dress. Throughout the appointment, she kept checking her phone and commenting on the time, which made the experience feel rushed and uncomfortable. After having plastic surgery/fat transfer to remedy this, I was very excited to be able to buy my very first 'pretty and feminine' bras at 60 years of age without a lot of alterations. Eleni the proprietor is warm and funny and full of energy. She made the whole experience amazing! Her undergarments are only of the very best quality. I had no idea what size I was after the surgical procedure and was soooo nervous. She got me set up with the most beautiful pieces that fit like a second skin and give great support. So comfortable I forget I'm wearing them. Matching panties too! Prices are not cheap, but with this level of service and commitment, worth every penny. The shop is small but packed with the most gorgeous finery. I would highly suggest making an appointment so Eleni can give you her full attention. There is one large trying-on room and she works with her clients one-on-one. I brought my husband and he enjoyed helping me pick out some lovely pieces. Funny that at age 60 I FINALLY feel sexy!
