How does one judge a GameStop? I'm not a gamer so I'm not truly sure! But this one is in a nice location - a quieter plaza between a Mattress Firm and a Panera Bread. I've never seen an issue with parking right by the store. The store is pretty divided games versus stuff - plushies, mugs, shirts, Funko Pop! If you need a present for someone who embraces the "nerd" culture or big Bang Theory aesthetic, you could likely find something here. They have a few used items (a Harry Potter wand, I believe, in a case), and also brand new. There was a lot of Pokemon. The employees were nice, but luckily engaged othewise where I didn't become a project for them. I'm fully confident they would have stopped if I had an actual question, and wasn't just browsing and ultimately getting a future toys for toys donation. Great customer service. My best friend and I have been coming here for years to add to our man cave. We've purchased 5 different consoles for our space, games, accessories, etc. All with awesome recommendations from the educated gaming staff. These guys (and girls) know their stuff! Also promoting use of the Gamestop "power up" card to help save some cash off of future purchases - along with magazine subscriptions, I encourage everyone to use the benefits they offer. They are professional and abide by age 18+ gaming laws, We still maintain a relationship with a few of the staff members their on a friendship level. read more

Staff is friendly but a little overbearing. Doesn't have that great of a funko collection or game selection either. Plus I feel like they never have anything new when I go in there it's always the same old stuff. read more

Would give them a 0/5 stars if I could. Always treats their customers poorly or like they don't know anything. Gives out horrible credit, wanted to give me $5 for a game released in March that got a 95/100 score... Doesn't honor returns in cash unless you have receipt, even if in your account it says that your purchased that exact product, when you purchased it and with what payment methods. The product wasn't even opened! Crap store, crap corporation, and will no longer be purchasing from them. read more

I'm gonna be honest this place sucks so much why is it that when I walk in I look at the Xbox rack and then the workers and they look like they want me to end their lives don't even get me started on the return policy I bought mightynumber9 I didn't think it would be THAT bad but it was I ended up deciding to contact the store I called they picked up in a very depressing tone and said "hello" I replied with "hey I recently bought this game and I was wondering if i could get a refund" he then asked if I opened the box I said "yes" what I wanted to say was "of f'en course I did how will I know If I hate the game without playing the f***ing thing!!!" But he said "sorry but no we can't" I said "that's dumb" he replied very depressingly "well that's how it is everywhere" to which I have to say that would be justified if it was food or something like that but this is a game something that is in prestigious condition and I know your gonna give me my 2 dollars and then put it on the shelf at 2 bucks less then the original price. Long story short you are better off just downloading the god damn game read more
