Our first visit here in June was lackluster. The store itself is okay for the most part, but a bit disheveled and disorganized in other areas. I like that we didn't have to flag down an attendant to open up a dressing room. Our second visit on July 3, 2024 was a little better. My oldest picked out some birthday clothes. One article of clothing was missing a price tag. Our checkout attendant had another employee grab another skirt just like it. She took forever! Then she came back with a skirt that was the complete opposite... "Will it accept it at this price?" "Sure," I exasperated. I won't be rushing back any time soon, but it is an option for clothes, home decor, and gift ideas.

Owned and operated by the family and creators of Martin Boot Co., the beautiful, clean shop is solely for men and women with quite an array of sizes. They offer workout clothes, yoga outfits, and golf attire. I was impressed with the quality of their materials and designs. The prices were not exceedingly high, but don't expect Walmart budgets to go far here. Additionally, they sell shoes and some accessories such as candles, sunglasses, tumblers, lip balms, and skincare supplies. There are no kids' clothing here and that will likely remain, according to the owner with whom I spoke personally - she's lovely!

Our technicians and electricians tend to wear long-sleeve shirts year-round, but we have also bought short-sleeve collared shirts and jackets because New Mexico has some wacky weather... even during the dog days of summer. The employee that greeted me at the front was cordial and prompt with our snap-back hat order of over $1,000. They all looked amazing. This time my bosses decided to order two variations of camo and some black hats with our Zia logo. I just saw some pullover vests on their Facebook page that look sharp - I might have to inquire about them. But after I called and talked to both Dot and later LaRay, I was impressed. They were attentive and alert and gave great service. They obviously knew what they were doing and knew how to coordinate to meet my needs. But my driver, Bennie, is the real hero of this story -- I can't overstate how awesome he was in angling a huge flatbed in my tiny neighborhood with cars stacked up against every curb. And when I had watched him hook up the vehicle, I could see that he knew his craft. There is no substitute for experience. Bennie could probably fold space with his mind and pilot a container ship through a soda straw if he wanted to. I wouldn't have believed there was an art to it before today, but there is. This company uses seasoned drivers that have graduated to this level of professionalism and want to work at a top-tier company. I was looking for a company I could trust - and at a fair price - and that's exactly what I got. I highly recommend this exceptionally professional, trustworthy company.

Pricey I know, but I'd rather support small businesses like this one where I know I will get good service. I really loved their Fourth of July offerings including but not limited to their cowboy-inspired t-shirts. Many of their outfits could be considered business attire as they had blouses, dresses, jumpsuits, rompers, and ribbon tie pants. Their sizes range from extra small to extra large. They do offer plus sizes. They sell shoes, sunglasses, some belts (not many), bags, clutches, wallets, and jewelry. Their earrings tend to run between $10-$25. Service was friendly and helpful.
