Went for a simple SNS nail removal...will never return. The tech clipped off my real nails with no regard while attempting to remove the fake tips. When I pointed out he was clipping off my nail, he argued that it wasn't when clearly he had. Then reluctantly agreed to just soak them off. Next, he scratched me while creating "bootleg" soaking dishes with plastic snack bags...then offered to polish my nails with clear polish for 3 additional dollars! He was already charging me $10 bucks to remove the nails. I've never paid extra for a simple coat of clear polish. Oh and that little 20% off all services they are advertising did not apply. Oh almost forgot, he filed my nails using the drill to file my nails down repeatedly for no reason then commented how thin my nails were...really?! Do not let the spa like look & feel fool you. It looks nice here but they do not do quality work. I visited today & received a rush pedicure (my feet do not feel as if I got a pedicure today) & I had to instruct the man how to do my fill-in (shape all the nails the same, do not pretend he doesn't see the bubbles in the nail polish, there should be a top coat). I was 1 of a few people with an issue. After telling the man I did not want him to attempt to polish my nails again because it would have been his 4th time he said something to the manager & when she came over he threw my hand at her. She grabbed a nail file (not sure how filing helps the issue which was the entire nail was not polished) & I told her I didn't want her to try to fix it for the 2nd time. She walked off with an attitude, I assume pissed that the day was starting off so terribly (she had already called the cops on a customer who did not want to pay for a job they did not finish). I will never step foot in this shop again & I suggest you do not either. It is now 724, I left the shop around 2, & the gel polish on my nails is coming off. Returned Monday & they kindly fixed my nails but they (4) chipped Tuesday so I had to go back again. I almost want to give 2 stars because they were very nice both times & the manager kept asking if I was happy with the fix but I shouldn't have had to return 2 days in a row. This nail shop has EXTREMELY bad customer service!! Ive had my "gel nails" done for 5 days and 3 of them are lifting. Not cracked or broken. I'm not rough with my nails. I've had my nails done enough to know when it's lifting due to improper application. The lady who I guess is the owner tells me that I was too rough with my nails and she's trying to glue them down. I've paid $60 dollars she's telling me to come back when it's time for a fill in. It only takes me one time to experience something like this. They are helpful and HONEST when it comes to picking services, which I appreciate as I am sometimes undecided. My favorite thing about them is their cleanliness. Very bad manicure. The lady was very concerned with bossing people around and not concerned at all about focusing on my nails. It took two hours for a mani pedi. The man who did my pedi was great. For some reason they switched out part way into my manicure and I had to sit with my hands in the bowl for ten minutes while the lady ran around taking care of other things. As you can see from the pictures this manicure does not look professional at all. I came here once when they were brand new and had a bad mani. Gave them another chance but never again. read more

Avoid!!! Long wait time they'll tell you 5-10 mins. More like 30 and the quality is crapppp. It's looks really nice on the inside but don't let that fool you. The lady/ manager I assume that was doing my nails (gel) kept getting up and running outside to call the cops on someone that didn't want there services completed mind you she did all that for (10 bucks ); at least 10 times she got up then came back to me trying to remember what finger she was on , didn't even say sorry?? it was the craziest experience I've ever seen. And I was charged more than she originally said. I just wanted to get out and not have her chase me outside too so I basically threw money away . For a new business there doing terrible. I visited this place when it first opened. And it looked nice inside but they were very all over the place running around like a chicken with its head cut off. I wish they would have done a better job of explaining the different nail(manicures) prices and services. I ended up getting a basic one with my nails. I wanted a higher tier but they were giving me price ranges that wasn't very clear or detailed. My pedi was not good at all. The tech hardly took off my cuticles but made it seem like they did . I had two people go back and fourth when it came time for my mani. Again they played it off like they were really going to work with my cuticles but did nothing. I wish I read these reviews before I came here today. The woman at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was lured in by the "Grand Opening" sign and the fact that they were offering 20% off. In reality, the store has been open since April. They didn't have the first two colors that I wanted for a gel manicure which I don't understand if they've only been open for four months. The manicurists weren't concerned with their current customers. They were focused on their next customer. My person got up several times b/c she was so concerned with her next two customers. DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I went for a manicure on Thursday and it turned out great they even gave me a discount for being a first time customer. I was charged $29 the receipt i signed said $29. I left a $5 cash tip directly to the man who did my nails. Today (Friday) I noticed a $34 charge on my card. I call to give them the chance to rectify the situation and the manager told me "sometimes the machine does that if you bring the receipt we will fix it." I called the bank to dispute the charge and they told me a tip was added. Luckily I routinely cross out the tip line if Im not leaving one on the card. Avoid the hassle and pay cash or avoid this establishment all together. Who knows how many people have already been ripped off by them. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! My daughter and I decided to enjoy some girl time together and wanted to get our nails done. When we arrived we were told to pick our color and it would only be one minute wait. After patiently waiting 40 mins, it was our turn. I asked if we could please sit together and was told yes initially. We sat down and they started on my daughters nails. I'm still waiting, and 4 different nails techs then ask me to please move to their station away from my daughter. I politely declined and said each time that I would prefer to sit next to her. The last nail tech was so irritated that I didn't sit at her station, and I asked to stay where I was. She aggressively started working on my nails at the a pace that I could not believe. She was done with my spa gel manicure in 10 minutes. She did no shaping, barley cut the cuticles, it was awful. I was done 20 minutes before my daughter and they started on her way before me. My nails looked AWFUL! When it was time to pay, I explained how upset I was about everything. And the lady just shrugged her shoulders. $56 later and I felt robbed. I called the salon 20 minutes later and asked to speak to the owner or manager. I was told they are out of town. I asked when they would be back. They had no answer. If I could give 0 stars, I certainly would. This place is definitely not worth the money. The first time I went there, the lady did not clean the old polish off of my nails good despite me telling her several times. Then she proceeded to tell me what she thinks I should do instead of what I asked her to do. She even made my nail bleed underneath with the electric file and even with dried up blood, tried to dip my hand in the SNS powder. I told her that was unsanitary and she needed to clean it. She insisted that it was okay and I insisted that it was not. I ended up going back the next day to have someone clean the old polish that she left off my nails. But despite all that, I decided to give them a second chance against my better judgement. This time I went in and requested a manicure, SNS, and a pedicure...I asked that she cut 1 of my nails at the tip because it was getting too long and starting to curve, and file the rest of them so that they match the length. Even after I showed her which nail to cut, she cut a different nail all the way off and had to put a fake nail on it to give it length. My manicure consisted of her just clipping my cuticles. That's it. Then while my nails were soaking, somehow the tips of my (real) nails, on my whole right hand broke. I asked her to shape them square round and she proceeded to tell me that she couldn't do one of my nails that way because she had cut it too short and proceeded, yet again, to tell me what she thinks I should do, even after I disagreed with her. So she gave me the file for me to file and shape my own nails! Smh. Then asked me did I want her to help me. Umm...what am I paying you for!? She went behind me and filed some more and filed one of my nails crooked. I told her that if she were to try to fix it, it would leave me with no nail and asked her to put a tip on it. Of course she was bothered because that meant she had to take the SNS off that nail in order to do so. But at this point, I didn't care. Then she pointed out that I had filed the SNS off of two nails in one spot. Well yeah, this isn't my job...I don't know what I'm doing...she shouldn't have given me the file to do it myself anyway. Then, once I got home, I noticed that my $37 pedicure was smudged and the paint chipping on one toe. And all that totaled to $72. I'm convinced no one in that shop knows what they're doing. I will NEVER go back to this nail salon. This was my 3rd visit. My 1st visit was very good for a gel manicure and pedicure. My 2nd visit was for a gel manicure done by Sandy, the manager. She is very unprofessional and tries to multi task while doing your nails. She also was rushing my manicure. They were offering a 20% Discount with a purposeful incorrect calculation of the 20% . My 3rd visit last night was a nightmare. I arrived around 4:30 for a gel manicure and pedicure. They immediately sat me in pedicure chair with water where I sat for over 30 minutes with no service. Once Ivy started my pedi and she did a pretty good job. About more than half way into my pedi I asked about my gel manicure. She said Sandy was going to do it. I asked if anyone else was available. She said no. Sandy finally came and started soaking my nails. I told her I did not want them drilling my nails. She started to soak them. Next thing I know some guy shows up to start my nails with a drill. I told him no drilling. He starts removing the gel. Then soaks me again. Next a 3rd guy shows up to do my nails. At this point I was frustrated and just wanted to get out of there. They were trying to tell me the 2nd guy was the best for gel. He was the same guy that took the lady who came in after me wanting an SNS (more money). I was 2 hours in. Finally Ivy who did my pedi did my mani. She did okay but I was in there over 3 hours. Several people who came after me were gone. I wanted a discount which was refused by Sandy. She said they were busy because of the holidays. She lied. They were not busy. They were understaffed. Their fake 20% stopped a few weeks ago. She still frustrated my Discount request for their lousy service. She walked away when we were talking. I went here to get gel nail polished removed. My initial nail tech was not trained and did not know how to use the equipment. He drilled my wrist on accident trying to drill a layer of nail polish off so that I could soak my nails. I immediately snatched my hand back, to which another nail tech noticed. She jumped up and screamed, "what the hell!" and snatched the drill out of the techs hand. She insisted she would take care of me going forward and ask that nail tech to go get acetone for me to soak my nails. He brought back soaking bowls for each hand with warm acetone. After the new nail tech finished drilling a layer of polish off I began to soak my nails. I soak them for about a minute or two and pulled my nails out to see the progress. I happened to be in a rush that day. When I pulled my nails out of the bowls, I noticed red nail polish on my nails. This is important because, I was removing white polish. Also, I'm used to soaking my nails in clear bowls so you can see it's clean prior to your use. Well, at this location they have you soaking your nails in dirty acetone and I didn't notice right away because the bowls were not clear. Immediately asked for clean bowls to which the new nail tech refused. She said, "it's just acetone." And insisted I would be fine. I asked her twice to change out the bowls, or else I would get up and leave. I just refused to soak my nails in something that multiple people had already used. I was disgusted. The nail tech said she wasn't changing it, so I got up and left. She jumped up and demanded I pay her $10 for her service or she would be calling the police. I told her, I don't mind paying you but you have to complete the job I'm paying for and change out the acetone. She refused. So I walked out the shop, and she followed me. She was very aggressive as if she would get physical and stated she would call the police again. So I pulled out my phone and called the police for her. When the police pulled up, I showed them my nails, and explained to them what the nails tech did and her expectations for payment. He said to her, "ma'am you did not complete the job so why are you asking for payment." He then told me I was free to leave. This is the most disgusting experience I have EVER had at a nail shop. They are untrained and unsanitary and I would strongly suggest against coming here. read more

Walked in the salon and was immediately assigned to a technician. She barely spoke; however, I introduced myself and she told me her name. Asked her to remove my gel polish using acetate and not drilling. She saturated some of the cotton balls with more acetate than others. Pulled out the drill again and damaged the surface of my nails. I refused to make a scene in the shop because I did not think it appropriate to disrupt other patrons. When I arrived home there was gel polish under my nails, polish left on the skin around my nails and bumps(lumps in polish on my fingers) on the nail surface. This salon in Tucker is an addition to all the new businesses popping up in the area. I was a walk-in on a Sunday evening. The location is very clean and spacious however not quite enough space for a drying/UV light station. The staff was pretty nice. I did have to sit and wait for about 15 mins before being serviced. It was close to closing time so maybe staffing was limited at this time. After getting a pedicure I was told to sit and wait for an indefinite amount of time. Here is where the drying station would be beneficial. The towels used to wrap my legs during my spa treatment were barely warm. My polish job was just okay. They are having their grand opening and offering 20% off services for the moment. I've had worse service and better service. This salon has potential as long as they keep it up to date. I went to this location for a pedicure and a nail color change both for my sister and I. The staff was not rude but I could tell they were literally talking about us. I was unaware of what was being said but the constant back and forth between the staff made me uncomfortable. They did a sloppy nail job with my sister's nails. They fixed her nails 3 times and each time came out sloppy. Instead of allowing her to pick a new color, they did not charge her for the color change. When she asked to remove the color, the staff barely wanted to take off the nail color. She had to ask again to get the nail color stain off of her fingers. It has only been three days and my nails look a week old. I honestly could have a done a better job at home. I would not recommend this location. read more

This is my third time trying this place. Please save your money and time! I've tried there SNS powder twice and both times the quality of the powder was subpar at best. My nail tech barely filed or shaped my nails, and her attention to detail was lacking, end result, my nails looks fat and stubby. I asked to speak to the manager to get my nails fixed and after requesting more than once she finally came to speak with me and only offered to take 5$ off the price! I was talked into getting SNS and then they did a crappy job. If you are up selling your customers to get more money from them you need to provide quality work! Then to top off my experience, as I was getting ready to leave, some folks came in that looked to be either related to the manager or maybe owned the shop. They starting yelling at the manager in Vietnamese, she then started crying hysterically in front of customers! There were only two customers including myself in the shop at this time since they were about to close, but needless to say I felt so uncomfortable.
