When I walked in immediately greeted by a lady & she asked me what I needed done I told her a pedi & she asked me to pick a color & sat me at a chair. She also asked if I would like a drink. Super nice. Then I got started on my pedi by a guy he spoke to me some & was kind. My pedi started at 2:30pm and lasted around 30 min or so. The pedi I chose was 55 what he did do was relaxing. Some lady walked in and he told another employee to take me over and finish my pedi because I still had paraffin wax all on my feet still which all of it wasn't taken off but she started to paint my nails & he went to the new customer that walked in. Not sure why but that's what happened. The lady tried painting my nails but bless her heart she was not doing a good job. She put the base coat on and didn't give it time to dry and started the color on top of it & it was blotchy and not staying on . After the second coat I just asked for it to be taken off. I left without any color because I felt she was in a hurry trying to slap on the polish and not taking her time. They still charged 55 not sure if that included the nail polish or if I would have got charged extra for that. read more

I've been going to VIP nails for powder-dipped nails for over 4 years and have always been treated with great care. The quality of the work they do is above my expectations, and there is always fun conversation going on. Great new products, too. First time going here and absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICES! Went in for waxing for my eyebrows and it's still loose hairs and wax still on my face will never go back and I paid $18 for this half ass job read more

Twenty minutes means an hour plus wait and five more minutes means 30+ more minutes of waiting

They re use nail files without sanitizing them, they use the fluffy brushes to brush off dead skin and acrylic powder which isn't sanitary. Basically everything they teach you in cosmetology school not to do they do. I also didn't see any individual licenses posted on the wall read more

Very disappointed in VIP Nails. I have used them for years but no longer. They advertise Walk Ins Welcome and that's me a walk in. On Saturday my granddaughter and I were having a little girl time so we decide to go get our nails done. We are told it'll be a 30 minute wait, no problem, we wait. We are told to pick our color and we are seated in our pedi chair. Set there soaking our feet for 50 minutes and they still havent gotten to us. well enough is enough. It had been a while since I had been here but my friend wanted to go so I didn't argue (prefer star nails when in Enid). I'm 45 minutes away but call en route to get us in and we could get in but our wait would have been 10 minutes. We were going for pedicures and shellac manicure. After a 45 minute soak (& I needed mine warmed up again )they finally started the pedicure. Needless to say 2 hours later we had to leave because it was a work night and we wanted to eat supper before we drove home. Supper at el patio was worth it I will not be going back to VIP. I don't really like to leave bad reviews but this place was awful. I asked to have my chin waxed just my chin that's it. There were no prices up anywhere but the guy told me to just have a seat. Which was fine soon after this lady tells me to come back I do and she tells me the hair was really short and it might not get it but she would try. I was fine with this so she starts. When she finishes she takes me to the register then charges me $18. I find the price menu it's $8 I show this to the woman she refused to give me back my money. SMH!! read more

Came here for an appointment at 2 o'clock that my mother made weeks in advance since my brother is getting married tonight. It is now 3:30 and not all of us have even started having our nails done. There was another party of 4 for 2:30 and they have not started on them either. Why take appointments if you are not going to staff appropriately? I'm never leaving the Dallas/Fort Worth area again. Over priced and terrible service!!! Extremely long wait, workers are extremely slow.... I brought my daughter in with me and she was passed up multiple times by the manager,so he could make more money off of acrylics rather than my little girls manicure. I only got a full set, and after almost two hours, she was finally taken care of. Don't take walk - ins if your not going to tend to them in a timely manner... I will never be back! I got a dip manicure here and the manicure itself looks fine. However the guy that did it made my fingers hurt and bleed worse than I've ever had with a manicure before. I won't be back here that's for sure. read more

I really liked the guy that did my nails but make sure you don't ever mess them up because they won't fix them. I went and got my nails dipped which I've done several times and have never had an issue.. one of my nails chipped and broke and unless i come in and pay full price they won't fix It.... FOR 1 NAIL?! Get out of here with that! I'll just drive back to OKC to get my nails done cause they do you right at Urbane on N.W. Expressway!! read more
