This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon and for my nails to only last a few hours past me leaving the salon is absolutely ridiculous! I paid $45 to be laughed at 4 times about how brittle my nails were as well as to make the service more expensive "to help me" and "make it more even" the pictures speak for themselves. read more

I in town on a visit and needed to get my eyebrows done, so I gave Luxury Nails & Spa a try... Chi did a flawless job on my eyebrows. Today I brought back my mother and daughter. Chi and Mama-Chi did an absolutely wonderful job on pedicures and waxing for my mom. They are super sweet and paid great attention to detail. Customer service is over-the top. I am having a pedicure now and can't wait to say this is the best pedicure experience I have ever had. They are so friendly, calm environment, and I love the atmosphere! My wife went in for a manicure. The guy that did it seemed to not know what he was really doing. He didn't clean around the nails and the cuticles so he ended up getting nail polish all over her skin and he was very inconsistent with how he put on the nail polish. On top of all that she also was charged $45 for what is at best a $10 value for what she got. When my wife called to complain the lady gave a shallow apology and then hung up the phone. I would definitely not recommend going there. read more

I had a pedicure done today by an older gentleman. I noticed he would get quite a bit of polish on my skin around my nails and he used his thumbnail to wipe off the polish, which was very sharp and painful. After looking real close to my nails as I was doing some shopping I realized they did not look done very well and as shiny as gel Nails are usually. I went in and asked them to fix it. They did not have time and told me I could come back in 3 1/2 hours. I live an hour away so that was not feasible and I will definitely not go back. read more

I want to hear to get my nails done. I wanted the dip. I got what I wanted but not the way I wanted it. The way she wanted to do the dip nails was a straight line across the tip not the curb that is natural looking! So then she suggests that they do it the way they do the acrylic nails so instead of going to a different nail salon I say okay. She hurt me. Hate doing the acrylic nails because I do get hurt the dip is so much easier and it is more natural for your nails I won't be going back. read more

The site says by appointment only. I was in town and had a short window of time so I called to see if they had availability. The man said yes come right in. When I arrived I got put right into a pedi chair only to be left sitting. When I asked how long it would be, I was told I would be next after the technician finished with her current customer. They are absolutely amazing, I normally see Dominic and he does an absolutely amazing job at long style acrilic nails, Ni did a beautiful powder dip set that came out beautiful and Kim did an acrilic overlay that I am wearing at the moment, they make you feel like family and always ask if you are thirsty and offer free refreshments. The prices are very reasonable, I go every 2 weeks. I love this place!!! read more

Go anywhere else. This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. I took my sister who was visiting from out of town, and now not only does she have a nail fungus, she also has two ingrown toenails. My toenail paint were horrible, I had polish on my skin. My toenails are all growing out weird now. I will never go back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Ever. read more

My first visit to this salon. I came with a friend who is a regular here. I chose the callus remover pedicure and requested hot water. When I was ordered to put my feet in the spa the water was cold. So, I asked AGAIN for hot water and he snapped back at me "that's as hot as it gets." He then proceeded to drain the water out and put the water back in on pure hot! I soldiered through the scalding hot water since apparently I was interfering with his busy schedule of looking at his phone and chain smoking. I felt like he was complaining in his native language to the other man working on my friend adjacent to me about how I had asked several times for the hot water and was choosing different massage settings on the spa chair. He actually moved my seat back himself and turned the massage off at one point! The entire pedicure lasted 15 min for $30! There was no soaking time to soften the skin. He ripped at my cuticles and they were sore for days. I was ordered to hold my legs up the whole time he was using the pumice and callus remover tools, which didn't even remove the calluses. He rushed through the whole process, massaged my right shin for too long and totally skipped my left leg/foot massage. The most shocking part was immediately after he finished painting my toenails he decided it was a good time to spray what appeared to be window cleaner into the spa bowl while I was sitting in the chair, my legs perched above and proceeded to scrub and clean the bowl swiping the fresh paint off of my nails in the process. He visibly noticed what he had done but didn't do anything about it until I made the point to tell him fix it. Never in the 20 years that I have been getting salon services have I been treated in that manner. Pathetic!Needless to say that he didn't get a tip for his work. Customer service is severely lacking in this case. I will NOT be going back and wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone else! Wow! I just moved here from a much bigger city and this place gave me the best pedicure I've ever had. They have a list of 5 options for pedicures and I got the mid level pedicure for $40. Worth every penny. It included two types of sugar scrubs, paraffin wax, hot towels, calus removal, and the technician TOOK HER TIME giving me a massage. Often times I feel very rushed and cheated from nail salons. I will definitely be back. Everyone was super friendly also. BONUS: they offer you a complimentary beverage (non-alcoholic) read more

Seemed like a really nice homely business. I'm assuming the older man and woman owned the salon. She was polite, but other than that the experience was awful. Got French tip coffin nails and they don't even look like French tip coffin nails. None of my nails on either hands match and it's very visible. They didn't tell me there was glitter in the clear powder they use for French tips either. Had to ask multiple times for them to fix little things and when I blatantly showed my two fingers that did not match AT ALL, the blame was placed on the shape of my hands and nails. It got to the point where I picked up the file and started shaping them myself. Also, there were ants crawling all over my nail bar table and on the floor and chair. I smashed about eight ants and the technician nonchalantly ignored the fact that there were ants. You can see scuff marks through the clear in my nails where he didn't smooth out the nail enough. Some kind of brown scuff made it into my white tip on my left hand. My hands look nothing like I wanted and I feel like the tips that were placed now make my fingers look chubby. Price was originally 50$ and reduced to 40$ after seeing how displeased I was and all of the mistakes. Shouldn't have even paid that. Unfortunately I won't be back. It seems they're better at basic shellac nails which I noticed the few people came in for. read more
