I needed to get my manicure updated for Halloween, and I was in town. I had heard Natural Nails was great, so I decided to try it out. Diane did my nails, and they turned out perfectly. She was gentle when doing my nails, which are my own, and she was incredibly friendly. The place was absolutely packed, but I'm assuming that was due to it being Fall Break. First.. Sophia was 15 minutes late to my appointment. All for these to be the WORST ombre nails I have EVER had. I said that I wanted light pink/nude to white ombre acrylic powder nails. I do only acrylic powder because polish always chips. I had Sophia do them as she is the owner and the best nail tech there and she assured me she could do them, however, she messed them up beyond fixing. The nude color isn't even right? Wayyy too dark. But there was barely any white because she covered it all. So then she tried to add white polish and blend it down...... but they are horrible. I also hate flare on my nails but she flared them anyway as well. I told her I was unhappy with them and disappointed and that they are the worst ombre I've ever had. She called other nail techs to come over and look at them and then tried to convince me that they looked good and that they're what I asked for. Still had to pay $55 for a terrible set of nails. Unacceptable. Never going back. read more

I usually don't have a problem when the owner is there, but... I took my girls today and they took 3 hours to only finish half the services we requested. I really like some of their employees but the negatives outweigh the positives. They attempted to charge me for services we did not receive. Their waiting order is non existent, as people arrived they were helped and we kept getting pushed back. I have given them plenty of chances after inconsistencies in their work and now I'm done! read more

I received great service and loved that the gal spoke English. However, my sister got terrible service twice. Once from the guy who completely forgot to trim her right toe nails and when a woman took over she told her she needed it done. She only trimmed the one toe nail and forgot the rest. Disappointed with that. The owners son was sweet and brought us drinks while we got our pedicures done. And the owner fixed my mom's nail when it was smudged. read more

Great pedi and got a full set with shellac but before I even finished I was hounded about payment. That ultimately ruined the whole experience for me. The pedicure was nice and relaxing the massage chairs were great the full set was ok very thick this was my first time getting shellac on a set for a small town it was ok. My sister and my friend were with me they were please with the experience but disappointed about how I was hounded for payment and mocked that it was expensive and told how I wouldn't be able to afford it. That ultimately ruined my experience and if I visit Enid again, I am not coming back here. read more

Terrible place I have spent a lot of money at this place over the past year and overtime they have slowly but surely been treating me very crappy today was the last straw I will never return I literally watched Sophia take four people in front of me after that she went and ate something in the back and then went and waxed three people's eyebrows and just assumed I was OK with waiting she never even said a word to me never really even looked me in the eye while I sat there and waited I was there for 4 PM until almost 8 PM I spend a lot of money there faithfully every two weeks how dare she do that read more

I love what they have done with the place. They redid the inside and it is beautiful and clean, with new chairs. And they have some new folks who do a really good job. Along with some folks who have been here for some time. If you haven't been here for awhile, give it another shot. I'm glad I did. read more

Absolutely worse place ever! My daughter got her nails done and after two days the polish began to chip. I don't know who thinks that putting regular nails polish using a gel top coat would ever be ok! They did not stand by their work and did not fix her nails and then their customers began harassing me because I was complaining!! Stay away from this place!!! read more

Van and his wife are amazing! I went in today with my mother, grandmother and aunt---it was all only us in the salon today but the service was still amazing. My aunt usually goes there, so I trusted her opinion of salon. I'm actually here visiting from San Francisco, California and I have never had such friendly and family feel service ever. The salon has great big massage chairs. The instruments are bagged---so you know they're sanitized properly. They have a good size of color choices as well as an excellent drying station. I got a pedicure, which was much needed, and they took very good care and did an immaculate job. They have such warm, hospitable persona. I want to come back and only see them every time I visit. read more

Went to natural nails for the first time to get a pedicure and it was wonderful! I was warmly greeted when I came in the door and only had to wait about 5 min for them to have a chair ready for me. Van did my pedicure and was amazing, he did a great job and was so nice and thorough. His wife Sofia did a design for me and couldn't of done better, I will definitely be back soon! read more

If I could give this place negative starts I most definitely would. I went in and got a great pedicure but when I was getting a full set I told Sophia that three of my nails were crooked she told me it was because of my fingers and they were crooked. While I was in the middle of getting them done she left me and went and did a full set on another customer. I waited for over an hour for her to finish with the other customer. I told her I changed my mind and didn't want them done anymore because of how long it was taking. She didn't listen and started doing my nails. I then told her three more times that they were messed up. She didn't listen. I paid for my nails and went out to my car where I noticed how bad they actually were. I went back in to ask for a refund and she tried to only give me $20 back. That's when she proceeded to grab my hand and tried to rip my nails off with cuticle cutters. I told her to stop and she still tried to do it. She said that's what she had to do in order for me to get a full refund. Then she proceeded to yell at me and told me she was calling her husband to come back and "take care of me". After about 15 minutes of her yelling at me I finally got my refund. She was very rude and needless to say I WILL NOT be back. Which is very upsetting because everyone else there was fantastic and my pedicure was more than I expected. I am normally not the type to complain about anything I just felt like nobody else should have to be treated like that by any business owner. read more

This place is horrible! I got acrylic a while back and they broke off when she was filing. I went back to give this place a second chance. I got "gel nails". The color was beautiful but it peeled of in less than a week!! My nail was completely ruined! I will never go here again. You would get way more bang for your buck if you just went to Walmart and bought a gel nail kit. Would not recommend. read more

Very happy with our visit. Relaxed atmosphere. The people here are very nice. Brought my two girls 6 and 9 and they were awesome with them. Considering it was my younger daughters first pedi. The lady took her time and involved her in the whole process. Telling her what she was doing and reassuring her. I will never go back. Their prices are outrageous. My nails turned out amazing, and the guy that did my nails did a great job. They turned out exactly how I asked for them, and the lady who did my mom's mani and pedi was great. The pedicure was the worst pedicure I have ever had! The person doing my pedicure was extremely rough with the cuticle pusher. He then ripped my cuticle off instead of cutting them, which made me bleed. That wouldn't be a big deal, but he didn't even look up and say are you okay. Instead, it was like he was trying to cover it up. He kept putting this blue stuff on it. I could have been allergic to the blue stuff. I assume it was alcohol, but I don't really know. What if I had been on a blood thinner or had a blood clotting disorder. Would he have actually said something had it not stopped bleeding. Not to mention, the foot bath overflowed and he got my boots and one of my socks soaking wet. He just sat them off to the side like I didn't see that they were all wet. read more
