Cons: parking can be a pain (I usually like to park in the front but there's only 2 available in front) since there are homeless people around about half the time. The room walls are pretty thin so if there are people coming in and out, you can hear it all. English isn't the primary language so sometimes when you call, it takes a bit to translate your message across. If you are using card to pay, there's an extra $1 charge.
