To start off this place was very clean and the staff seemed friendly at first. The male masseuse used very hard pressure to the point where it was very painful. I asked him to use less pressure and he just laughed and continued to use hard pressure. Once it came to paying I payed with a credit card and tipped a few dollars I had in my purse. The male masseuse took that money and looked at the female masseuse and started laughing and talking in their language. I asked is that not good ? And the female masseuse looked at me and made a "pshhhhh" sound and said you have to tip 20% ! No where did it say that I have to tip 20% but they did point to some piece of cardboard that had scribbles all over it and somewhere in the midst of scribbles there was a faint 20%. I thought it was just a piece of cardboard where they scribble to test a pen to see if it works before they write with it :/ my brother also got a massage and the female masseuse wouldn't give him the card back until he would put the tip in the receipt and proceeded to tell him that he needs to write tip on receipt. I went to this place 3 times, the first time I had a full body that was awesome, the second time I had went in to get my feet massaged and the lady started then kept stopping every time someone walked in. They need to hire someone to stay at the desk while the other workers do their job with out stopping and cutting into my massage time. The 3rd time was today 13 SEPTEMBER AT 4:45pm. I wanted a back only chair massage before the lady got started she pulled out her phone and it was a message translating saying MUST TIP! I was highly offended and it was very unprofessional. Every-time I have gone into that place I've always tipped 10$ or more. This is really unprofessional and ridiculous and when I tried to use my phone to translate I asked what language did she speak and she kept saying NO ENGLISH. If the military didn't have my body hurting so bad I would not have gone in. I went into this business thinking it's going to be like the relax stations at the mall and it was. When I went in the lady at the counter asked me what I wanted, I pointed to the sign and told her I wanted the $36/hr message (20min on body and 40min on your feet) the lady said no you need $50/hr (40min on body 20min on your feet) I told her no the $36/hr one and pointed to the sign again and told her....this kept up to the point where she came into the room where I was already getting my message and kept telling me I needed the $50 one not the $36 one....finally to get rid of her I said okay and that was that. The guy doing my message was very painful on my back(it's sooooo sore today) however the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars it's the message he did on my head and feet were fantastic!!! I DO NOT recommend a body message from there and if you do just tell them to message your head lol....I don't think I will be back because the lady at the front counter was VERY annoying, I can't believe she followed me into the room and kept bugging me until I agreed to change it!!!!!!!
