We love speedy service). Emily was so, so sweet and commented during the massage that it seems I haven't been stretching and I've been slouching forward at the gym (accurate assessment; rookie mistakes I know, I'm just so lazy). After we finished, she gave me some recommendations and demonstrations of stretches I could do at home. She walked me through how to do an epsom salt bath (went immediately to the store to buy some) and sent me on my way. Now I feel like a noodle, all soft and stress free. I can't recommend this place enough; I know I'll definitely be back.
