After I got there, they appeared to have just moved into a new building, but there were no visible signs for OK CRYO and there was construction tape around the main entrance. It would have been nice if directions were sent to me before my appointment. We found a side door and went in (my mother came up from Duncan and drove me because I was in such a bad flare). Someone told us that OK CRYO was down the hall through some construction, but there was a sign pointing us in the OPPOSITE DIRECTION of where the center actually was. I found the center and went in. The person at the front desk was talking to another woman and was telling her that they were going to have to work her in for cryotherapy. I assumed that meant that they were going to work her in AFTER me since I was on time for my appointment. The woman at the front desk then went to the back for a few minutes. She did not really greet me other than to say that they were behind. There were a couple of FILLED OUT waivers and new patient forms (with sensitive personal and medical info) sitting on the front desk in plain view for anyone to see! She did not tell me to fill one out but I grabbed a blank form anyway. A few minutes later the woman came back to the lobby. A technician then came to the lobby and took the woman who was being "worked in" back for cryotherapy! I was so ANNOYED. I asked the woman at the front desk what was going on. She said they were running 20 minutes behind because the machine was not working this morning. It was clear that I would not get in until about 45 minutes after my scheduled time. I was already feeling really bad because I was in an arthritis flare, so I was incredibly frustrated. As person who went here for medical purposes, I felt unsafe here and so I just canceled and left. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

During the massage, Nikkie showcased her exceptional skills and knowledge of the human body. She was able to target all of the areas of tension and stress that I had been experiencing and relieve them completely for my IT bands, neck, & hip joints. The techniques used were intuitive, thoughtful, and incredibly effective. Beyond their technical abilities, Nikki was professional, friendly, and attentive, listening to my concerns and provided suggestions for stretches I can use to further improve my wellbeing.
