Henrry placed stickers to mark those spots. When I picked them up, two coats had small tears in the lining near the armpits, and the off-white coat had visible stains that were not there before (see photos showing the tears and stains after pickup). When I raised the issue, Henrry denied placing the stickers and causing the stains but he did not deny causing the tears in the lining. My husband, who was with me at drop-off and pickup, confirmed Henry added stickers. When I suggested checking security footage, Henry became aggressive, accused me of lying, made an inappropriate comment about my husband, seemingly trying to pit us against each other, and then he kicked us out the store. Another dry cleaner confirmed that sweat or deodorant residue can oxidize if not properly treated, which could explain how the stains appeared. I've used dry cleaners for over 20 years and have never experienced damaged garments or hostile treatment like this. I would not recommend this dry cleaner.

She told me I needed to bring the shoes I would wear with the dress, so I returned the next day after work with my shoes. Even then, her attitude was unpleasant. She gave abrupt instructions like "put your things here," "don't close the curtain," and "leave the dress over there," which made me feel like she was annoyed and did not want to do the job. Because the wedding was only one week away, I left the dress. When I called a week later to pick it up, I told her I would be there by 5:30. She said she was closing early -- even though their normal closing time is 6:00 PM -- so my husband went instead. He immediately noticed the dress was still very long -- it was dragging on the floor. I had no choice but to fold it at the waist to make it wearable, which was far from ideal. I called her and explained the issue, but she was extremely rude on the phone. I brought the dress back and told her she could take her time fixing it. When I received it again, the back was much shorter than the front, and the stitching was terrible and uneven. What is strange is that the first time, the work itself was fine, which is why I am writing this review. It seems she did not like that I brought the dress back, because instead of properly fixing it, she ruined it -- and I still paid $50. Based on how I was treated from day one. I felt absolutely unwelcome. I will never return and do not recommend this tailor. If you notice any red flags, save yourself the unpleasant experience and go elsewhere.

In the hundreds of items I've had cleaned, maybe one or two had some minor work needing to be done and all it took was a phone call to correct it. They are very responsive and helpful.
