Most of the times the machines work fine and it is clean. But, there is one employee lady; I…read morebelieve her name is Mary, who is very unrespectful and always has a cranky attitude. She is not helpful and has the worst manners possible. She is always negative, talks in a very mad manner to customers and puts down people with the way she talks to people. Other clients try to avoid her by not going anymore or just show up when she is not around; including myself. The other two ladies are very nice and helpful, but Mary is just rude and unrespectful. I hope somebody could do something about this or I may have to do the same and just go to another laundry in the area. And just for that, I'm giving it 3 starts only.

I do wish attendants were faster at emptying out their drop off service loads off the machines as I am often waiting for them to empty out their machines. And the attendants occupy anywhere from 20-60% of the machines sometimes. If not 70% of the larger machines. It seems the attendants are more focus on folding the drop off service clothes so they tend to leave the machines just sitting with clothes inside while DIY customers are waiting for the machines to get emptied out by them

My laundry was perfectly folded and placed into a bag for pick up. This was the first time I have ever used a laundry service, and my experience exceeded my expectations. It took a lot of stress off my plate, and allowed me the time I desperately needed to do other important tasks. The space and machines are perfect for any size loads or needs. The staff is very helpful and they are super friendly. I will be using them again. Thank you for your efficiency and professionalism.

Wow. What can I say about VIP cleaners? Well, let me start off with the service. I walked in casually on President's Day (a holiday in which many stores close their doors to business), and asked for an estimate on dry cleaning services for my uniform. The kind gentleman (whom I assume is the owner) asked if I was in the military. I answered yes, and with a quick pause, he answered back with, "I'll give a military discount." He had me at discount, so I returned shortly with my uniform. I also gave him a challenge with my white dress shirt, in which the collar was heavily soiled. I returned on Wednesday, and to my surprise, the collar was sparkling white and my dress uniform was as sharp as the day it was given to me. Absolutely recommend this place, as I will be returning with my other set of uniforms as well. For anyone in the military, the store owner is quite knowledgeable about military standards. read more

I've used VIP Cleaners for over a year now and have always had a positive experience. My garments come back looking great and ready on time. Plus, it's easy to park/get in-and-out quickly. Mr. Tang is a friendly, gracious, and hard-working proprietor who always greets you with a smile. When I needed a specialty garment done same-day and VIP wasn't able to fit me in, Mr. Tang recommended another cleaners who could do the work. Net net: Exceptional service. Did a favor for so I should do the same as it is. Just I dropped here some clothes which were a bit complicated but don't have any worrying section as they assured me of the good service would the provided for me. They said me some cutest saying when I said them of the button and the clothes are not too hard to bear the hot of iron. So it got it back just like they said. read more
