He worked quietly quickly and efficiently. We had a couple of stubborn spots that other companies were not able to remove. He did some spot treatment to it and let it soak, and by the time that he was packing up, the carpet stains were gone. Oscar was friendly, reliable, and careful with our things which she had moved a few things around while cleaning and then replaced everything back how it was. Monday morning I get a text message from Oscar kindly asking if he could reschedule me for the following day due to family matter (things like this happen and I totally understand) we agreed on the coming Wednesday. When Oscar arrived he was very professional and got straight work. He explained what his goals were for my couch and what was obtainable. I have a sectional that I typically get professionally cleaned about 1x every year. I have 2 huskies and a German Shepherd who shed a lot and love to cuddle on the couches so you can only imagine how hard it is to keep clean despite using covers and cleaning it in our own. In all the service took about 1.5 hours to complete from start to finish. Oscar left it looking brand new! Definitely worth the price, I've used many different companies over the last 6 years and they all try to upsell a bunch of add ons. I'm sure I'll be using Family Carpet and Upholstery in the future.
