The guys were incredibly friendly, the conversation was great, and they treated me like I'd been coming there for years. And the shop itself is just classic, man. I loved it. The walls and shelves are covered with sports memorabilia, old photos, and all kinds of cool stuff you find yourself looking at while you're in the chair. It has that old-school neighborhood barbershop feel that you just don't find everywhere anymore. Really appreciate them taking care of me when I was in a bind. They've definitely earned a new customer, and I wouldn't hesitate to send a friend their way.

As if that was not enough he still went ahead to put dye color on a hair he already added gel to ! Even a child would know it was not going to work. I sat down there for hours waiting for my black hair to change to brown....i told him it will not work because of the gel. This guy still gave me a shape that was pointing to my eyes instead of taking it straight down , they really messed up my hair! And he still bill and collected $60 for the rubbish he cut for me. Everything seemed fine until the owner (bald, gray beard) stepped in and started criticizing Coby's work. Without asking me a single question about what I wanted, he began shaving my hair himself. I never spoke to this man about my haircut, and he never bothered to ask. The result was a completely different haircut than what I requested. When I expressed my frustration afterward, Coby was very understanding but essentially said, "He's the boss." I honestly don't understand how a barbershop can operate like this. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place. Coby seems like a talented barber -- he deserves to work somewhere that respects both him and the client.
