Extremely Happy! I…read morehad gotten my hair done Thursday at the JC Penny Salon, instead of the dark burgundy that I wanted and asked for I got a super bright blood orange color that was awful. My hair looked so damaged. So since I have to leave Monday for 3 months I figured I'd come here to see if they had time to fix my hair before I left. they immediately accommodated me and told me I could come in today ( Sunday ). Not only is the owner, very kind. But Rachel, who attended me was not only funny and really sweet but she helped me pick the perfect burgundy color that would help cancel out the hideous orange color I had. My hair came out absolutely perfect and exactly How I wanted it in the very beginning. My hair also looks much healthier and the price was amazing also! I definitely recommend Rachel and this salon! * I'll be posting a pic of the color I got at the jc penny salon and the color Rachel was able to do today!

I needed a last-minute emergency cleanup before a wedding, and these guys absolutely came through…read more I walked in without an appointment, and without hesitation they found a way to fit me in and get me looking presentable. The guys were incredibly friendly, the conversation was great, and they treated me like I'd been coming there for years. And the shop itself is just classic, man. I loved it. The walls and shelves are covered with sports memorabilia, old photos, and all kinds of cool stuff you find yourself looking at while you're in the chair. It has that old-school neighborhood barbershop feel that you just don't find everywhere anymore. Really appreciate them taking care of me when I was in a bind. They've definitely earned a new customer, and I wouldn't hesitate to send a friend their way.

I love my stylist and despite having really short hair and rarely get washed or styled (which is my…read morechoice), I felt I was paying too much. I got a haircut last week, they have my credit card on file. I usually tell them to go ahead and use it each time. I got home and realized I was charged $10 more than prior haircut. I called and was told my stylist raised her prices AFTER my card was charged. I feel that was unprofessional and disappointed. I left a voicemail expressing my disappointment in their lack of transparency. Never received a call back addressing a customer's (me) frustration. $86 is crazy, I wish I could post a picture of how short my hair is. I feel bad, but won't be going back.
