The guy is nice. - but doesn't listen. Told him to clean the sides and he shaved my head and gave me a flat top like I was going into the marines. Since he's been cutting for so long one would think even if I wanted a flat top he would say that won't work for your head shape. I heard great things about other nearby shops, but they required an appointment and I'm not the type that schedules haircuts 3 days in advance. I have been coming here since I was 5, I even had my first hair cut here and I have always used marcello, never have been disappointed with their work and always have gotten exactly what I wanted, even when marcello is out Otto does a great job, just a little recommendation though for new comers, if you're a younger guy then I recommend marcello and if your older guy or looking for a more old fashion style cut then use Otto, but regardless they are both great and do excellent job read more

Ridiculously over priced.... I brought my 79 yr old father in law here right from the hospital for a shave. Walked out paying 60.00. He said he had to charge me a haircut which I didn't ask for to evened out his hair which was all under a half inch on his entire head. I also took a 13 year old student for a haircut. He charged 30.00 for a haircut and the front was uneven. Would not go back read more

Awful experience! Husband asked Marcello to cut short at the sides, tapered in back, and thin the top. He was 0 for 3. He asked him several times to thin the top- barber said no! He said he wanted it shorter at the sides- barber said that was too short! What ever happened to " the customer is always right"? Needless to say,he will not be returning. read more
