So with that place being ruled out I decided to search for a new place and found Rudy's: conveniently located very close to my grandma's place in Darien. I'm so glad that I did. Erin (master stylist) absolutely crushed and went above and beyond the service I selected. I've literally gotten a "haircut" 2 times since 2018; it's strange to find myself back in the chair. I used to have sick hair tbh. I digress. Erin was an absolute pro and had my beard looking super sharp for the wedding. I basically just said "I trust you, do what you think is best" - she nailed it. The entire team there was super nice and accommodating and I would recommend them to everyone in the area. I would recommend them to people not in the area too. The location itself was very nice. It has tons of parking and it has a really beautiful interior. Classy vibe, but not trying to be something beyond what it is. Idk if that makes sense. The point is that this is a great spot and you should get your haircut or beard trimmed or head shaved here in my honest opinion. It's also reasonably priced IMO. The entire team makes you feel welcome but provides the best services I have found from shaves to cuts to waxing. They even do really well with kids -- better than the cuts my kids received at specialist kids places. Have seen Erin just be magical with little ones.
