Misrepresentation of Sales Terms, Failure to Honor Agreement, and Unprofessional Conduct I am submitting this formal complaint regarding a recent vehicle purchase from VIP Auto Enterprise , located in Orlando, Florida due to concerns involving misrepresentation of agreed sales terms, refusal to honor commitments made during the purchase process, and unprofessional handling of my attempts to resolve the matter. Prior to completing the purchase, I was fully transparent with the salesperson about my financial circumstances, including the amount I could afford for my down payment and the specific timeline for when I would be able to pay for the vehicle's permanent tag and registration fees. I clearly communicated that I would not be able to pay for the tag until approximately mid-February. The salesperson assured me that this would not be a problem and specifically stated that if necessary, the dealership would provide and honor a second 30-day temporary tag (not exceeding 60 days total) to allow sufficient time for me to meet the agreed payment timeline. I relied on these assurances when deciding to proceed with the purchase. As the expiration of the initial temporary tag approached, the dealership's management informed me that they would not honor the additional temporary tag as previously promised. They also refused to process the tag paperwork unless I immediately paid the tag and new plate fees, despite my prior disclosure of the payment timeline and the agreement made during the sale. As a result, my vehicle is now illegal to operate, creating significant hardship due to the dealership's failure to uphold the terms presented at the time of purchase. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this matter directly. When I contacted the salesperson via text message and phone calls, my communications were avoided, and I was redirected to the dealership's title clerk. When I spoke with the title clerk, she was dismissive and did not allow me to fully explain the agreement made during the sale. She stated that she would not honor the arrangement because "that is not how they do business," when asked to speak with her manager she advised he was not present also refusing to give me his name expressing that "I don't need to know his name" and then terminated the call abruptly. This interaction prevented any meaningful attempt at resolution. Upon purchase the customer service seems good. Immediately after leaving dealership there was an issue with the car. Called rep immediately they acted helpful. Fast forward to next day (Sunday) supposedly someone was coming to tow the vehicle. Then Monday same thing. Here we are Tuesday they're still saying tomorrow. Mentioned if we get the car towed to them since they keep giving us the run around Amy (who identifies as the sales manager) stated, she can verbally tell me yes, however once we get there maybe they will maybe they won't. She don't know. Ever since they received the check for the purchase the customer service has been horrible. They keep saying a manager will call back within an hour each time you call. Buyer Beware: I was sold the 2020 Nissan Sentra SV CVT with 23k miles that has turned into an absolute money pit just now going on 3 months into having the car with MINIMAL driving. I whole heartedly regret financing this car from this dealership. Since purchase, I've already had to: Replace completely worn brakes + rotors. (-1MM on front and back). Get transmission fluid serviced. Replace the gear shift assembly. (It was literally dry rotted.) And NOW the car is throwing a P0300 multiple cylinder misfire code, causing rough cold starts and stalling which from what I'm learning can lead to a serious engine issue. And that could be another few hundred dollar repair. Or multiple. Who knows. All while, NEW tires are going to be needed within the next 3 months. This is NOT normal for a low-mileage vehicle. Infact multiple mechanics that I've spent $2k with in the past month have been SHOCKED that the car is in such poor condition for having such low mileage. NONE of these problems were disclosed at sale and now I am locked into a high-interest loan for a car that clearly wasn't properly inspected or reconditioned before being placed on their lot. The car looks nice (beyond the black stains on the tan interior we were told would come out when their detailer " detailed " it before pick up, that we were then told " would not come out after the detailer tried everything he could ") but mechanically it's been unreliable and EXPENSIVE. Cosmetic condition means nothing when you're constantly paying for repairs. Thankful they were able to get us approved considering our credit situation wasn't the best but, I feel incredibly betrayed and disheartened that they were more focused on the quick sale of a car with a ridiculous amount of issues DESPITE knowing we are expecting our first baby in a few months and desperately needed a reliable vehicle. However, as soon as the car was shipped to us, we discovered serious safety issues and VIP Auto has been unwilling to discuss any resolution. Instead started an entire new loan with my vehicle stuck on their lot for a month clueless until I called them irritated that no one knew where the registration was for the tag transfer. PLEASE TAKE A MECHANIC WITH YOU!!!! This place sells junk cars and rips people off! They sold us a car with a missing tuner so it wouldn't shift properly and we had to buy a $650 tuner to fix it. They also sold it to us with four rusted wheel studs and missing lug nuts. Those all had to be replaced. The battery died within a week. The backseats were/like somebody ripped out a stereo system. And to top it all off. The radio wasn't working which they were supposed to fix and we've been waiting for over a month! They ordered the wrong one, and now they want to install a used radio!!! The salesman said it's a used car so we can use used parts and that we didn't make them specify in the we owe that we wanted a new radio. That's the level of shadiness the dealership has. I purchased a car from VIP Auto Enterprise about 3 months ago. On February 2nd, I experienced a tire blowout. When replacing the tire at a 24-hour shop, I discovered that the rim had a crack which someone had attempted to "repair" with JB Weld steel putty. This is not a safe or professional repair for a wheel. When I went back to the dealership on February 4th to request information on the tire installation and an inspection record, I was told they do not have any inspection reports, invoices, or tire shop records. In fact, I was told they do not inspect their vehicles at all before sale. When I raised my concerns about the unsafe condition of the vehicle and requested the rim be replaced, the staff not only refused to address the issue but also threatened to have me trespassed for being upset about the situation. This dealership knowingly sold me an unsafe vehicle, and their customer service has been unprofessional and hostile when presented with a very real safety issue. On Friday March 7, 2025, I was lied to by the salesman at VIP auto enterprise. The car I went to see a Dodge Charger looked ok and so I trusted this person to be honest with me, I requested the carfax and he told he was going to email it to me that way I always have it, so I said ok, showed me on the computer the vehicle was involved in a minor crash and I didn't think any of it, then after I signed the paperwork and drove home something didn't feel right so I asked my brother in law to get me the carfax which he only to find out this vehicle was involved not only in a minor but in 2 accident which one of them was structural damages to it which I right away did not like at all, then on Saturday March 8th, 2025 I called the salesman back and told him of my findings which he told me he didn't know, so I told him I needed to return the vehicle, he told me to bring back on Monday March 10, 2025. When I got there on Monday March 10th around 8:50 am waited for the gentlemen, he came in around 9:40 am and that's when he told me his boss was not returning my deposit of $3000 apparently in the paperwork they insert a form which states that your deposit is non-refundable. Me and my mother in law went in and spoke with Mike and Nico. Mike was awesome working with me and the down payment i had at the time. It took a few hours but they fully put their time and personal time into helping me. Honestly i thought I wasn't going to leave with a car but Mike told me to just try out this car and sit in it and turn it on and honestly if I hadn't I would have walked away without a car but as soon as I got in the car I fell in love with it and it also had everything I needed and wanted while also having amazing mileage. They also helped me with some minor issues I was having and I had at some point 3 people calling places so I could have the best insurance and prices possible. the worst experience ever. my daugter (iran) and i went there in septmber to purchase a vehicle. during the proces of the deal she brought to my attention of her thoguhts "the sales guy (ken) was very agressive and just took over the deal from the original salesman who had originally spent much time with us as well somthing do not seem right". however we decided to continue with the process due to the fact that we had spent much time there and my daughter was to be a first time buyer. the saleman (ken) assured us "he'd take care of her and put her in a car". the amount (cash) that was agreed for deposit was given. we provided the salesman with all required documents as required for the application with instructions to "send in addtional check stubs when you get home". ken also informed us that we "will receive a welcome call and will need to give feed back on how the sale/transaction went" immediately after leaving the dealership from western funding inc. within a 2-3 week period we received telephone calls, texts, and emails almost everyother day from this dealership (ken) requesting the same document "need different document for proof of address. multiple documents were sent. at that point i spoke to my daughter in reference to "i really now feel as though something is not right with these people". on october 6 we recieved call from western funding inc. to state "they will be sending documents to be sign via docu sign." all documents were signed to include signature by jayson rivera. at the time of call we inquired confirmation for first payment due date due to the original documents were dated for 10/20/2021 and the new documents had date 11/6/2021. on thurday 10/14/2021 my daughter informed me that she had received call from ken to state "i need for you guys to come in on saturday to sign new documents because of your address on the application and also they are going to give you a better deal and a lower monlthy payment". my response to my daughter i'm not understanding this. why are we still dealing with these people almost every day they have contacted us and what does your address on the application have to do with the financing? the last converstion was with western finance as to completing the deal????? i then called ken he informed me "there is no changes on the contract. the original contract didn't go through finance because of the address but i need for you guys to come in on saturday for new paperwork". my response "we have been dealing with you guys almost every day since purcasing this vehicle. i've never experienced anything like this. my daughter goes to college and work during the week days with a toddler. can you email the documents to me on tonight and i will send them back over night? ken then states "let me talk to my manager and see what he says". "i will send them to you and i need for you to sign them immediately" he repeated "i need for you to sign them immediately" several times. i did receive the new documents later on that night. the new documents had an increase for the price of the car, term increased, monthly payments increased, etc. i called the dealership on the next day to ask for ken as well informed him of the situation and i told him that i did not want to sign the new documents until i speak with ken. the saleman response "i'm with a customer right now i will inform ken and he will get back with you. my daughter attempt to call the dealership several times. on 10/26/2021 the vehicle was removed (repossesssed) from our resident without notice or response. later that evening my daughter spoke to ken with response "he is unaware of a repossession. call to the dealership on tomorrow and i will see what i can work out for you". on the following morning to late afternoon my daughter made multiple calls to this dealership. ken response "if you continue to call here we are going to just put you on hold! we will not be giving you your deposit back! you should have signed the deal! you got what you deserve! we will let you know about getting your belonging from the car in 10 days! i attempt but my calls were also placed on hold. we had originally contact our local sheriff office because we thought that the vehicle was stolen who did inform us of the name of the company that has the vehicle. we have not yet been able to get our personal belonging???? i just don't understand how these people have a conscious.........do the right thing and give my daughter back her money since "her application was never appoved?? that's another thing when i contact western funding inc. they were not able to locate the application #, applicant name,etc?????? i'm lost to who did we speak to? but i have all incoming calls as record, etc. these peaople don't care.....her baby's car seat, all books for nursing school, her purse. at least have the the decency to address this issue? the fact to this matter you all will be giving her back her $ one way or the other. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First Jose told us that applying for the car would not have an effect on my credit, after discussing with my partner and deciding to sit and think on it for a night Jose then stated "Well we actually already pulled your credit and you don't want to be ruining your credit for no reason that's bad" essentially peer pressuring. Which whatever, we made the decision to purchase the vehicle that's on us. What's NOT on us is the amount of TIME ABSOLUTELY WASTED and the countless issues and things BROKEN by the dealer. First of all the car was sold to us with NO LIGHTS. NO TURNING SIGNAL LIGHTS, NO fog lights, NO head lights, NO dome/interior lights. Jose literally broke the piece that holds the hood of the car and just threw it in the cup holder of the car. After realizing this we were asked to come back so they could fix everything. They 100% half assed everything they fixed and also only fixed part of the things communicated resulting in us have to travel back to the dealer THREE TIMES because THEY WERE LAZY and forgot to just fix what we comminuted needed fixing DAY 1. The last time we came they fixed the front interior lights and we got in the car to find they didn't fix the back ones so before we left the lot we communicated it and the mechanic came into the car and DEADASS BROKE THE LIGHT COVER IN FRONT OF US to install the light and then just forced the cover back on. We communicated to the manager that this had gone down and they said "it looks fine to me" like we didn't just WATCH the man break it. I was approved for a 2017 Nissan Sentra that the salesman Jose suggested to me based on my down payment and credit which I was fine with the fact that I just needed a simple car to take me to work and home but as I'm completing the process to buying the car and signing all the paperwork I noticed on the drivers side of the door handle it was breaking off and I told them I would like for that part to get fixed or replaced which the dealership clearly stated to me that they will fix it free of charge and so Jose supposably scheduled an appointment with there onsite mechanic only to find out that never scheduled the appointment and I had to call them on 3-4 separate occasions just to stay on top of this situation cause it seemed like they didn't care nor was trying to make effort to fix the broken door handle which they clearly stated in the contract that they were gonna fix it by the time I was able to get it fixed it took them 2 weeks just to fix a handle that it took not even 20 min to replace on top of that my temporary tag had finally expired and it was good for about a month and every time I called them so I could get a temporary tag or try to figure out when my actual permanent tag has arrived they kept making excuses or kept telling me to call back at a certain time and whenever I would call back at the time they say they were never around or they just went on a lunch break point of this review is don't buy a car from this dealership cause clearly people there don't like doing their job correctly seems like the customer does more work then they do they have a major communication problem and if you want to be taken as a fool these people do a really good job at wasting your time first and last time I'm doing business with them I hope this place gets shut down for the way they do business read more

SCAM ARTISTS STAY FAR AWAY I purchased a 2013 Mercedes e350 diesel in September 2019. I noticed the check engine light on and asked for a warranty on the car before purchase. They reassured me that if the car was not drivable which was my biggest concern they would definitely work with me. Reluctantly I signed the no warranty contract. Sure enough they sold me the car with the check engine light on. I took the car to Mercedes maitland and they said that my purchase was going to be a money hole because the knox sensor was bad. 3800 to fix which I couldn't afford. On top of that there is a massive oil leak in the car on upper oil pan and lower.(20hr job) 6500 to fix for a total of 10,300 in repairs and the car was sold to me at 17500. I went back to the vip auto and of course they gave me the run around and never contacted me for help. I trusted this these guys and they screwed me. If im writing about how involved the salesmen were it would be a 1. Especially because I do not speak Spanish at all and he really had trouble understanding anything I said.. BUT moh the owner/manager is great. I bought a 2012 optima and he worked with me on several issues with the car and accommodated to it. The car needed a new battery, mirror, spare tire, paint issues and he was able to have these problems fixed! As well as hopefully helping my boyfriend get a new car for himself. Like every dealership you have to make the deal work, and you should always get the car checked before purchasing because these are auction cars but I'm happy with my results!
